In regards to the claim and accusation made against us by the customerWe replaced the clutch in his Freightliner for a cost of approximately $dollarsThe repairs done afterward had nothing to do with the repair that we made to his truck and in no way were related to the clutch
replacementOur company has been in operation for over years and if you will check your records, we have never had any complaints filed against our company in the entire time that we have been in business, much less, such a ridiculous claim such as the one this customer is makingThe repairs that were forwarded to us in regards to his claim are in no way are our responsibilityWe are truly sorry that this customer had to have more repairs done to his truck, all of which are unrelated to the repair that we made

I am rejecting this response because: Due to the fact that when you accepted the vehicle there wasn't a leak. During the process of the replacement at your shop nothing was identified to me of any leak inside the clutch area. Upon completion of the vehicle and receipt by myself there was a leak obviously that was dripping on the ground. I went and got a second, third and fourth opinion and they all state the leak was very LIKELY caused by the clutch replacement. The over tightening or incorrect alignment to the housing is a common error and can cause such a leak. I have spoken to and will have mechanic expert statements or appearances for court from [redacted] and T[redacted]. All of them state almost the exact same way that it was possibly damaged. I have tried to come to a reasonable resolution but that seems to be not possible so the next step will be court. Thank you for your time.
