Industrial Brake and Clutch

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Due to the fact that when you accepted the vehicle there wasn't a leakDuring the process of the replacement at your shop nothing was identified to me of any leak inside the clutch areaUpon completion of the vehicle and receipt by myself there was a leak obviously that was dripping on the groundI went and got a second, third and fourth opinion and they all state the leak was very LIKELY caused by the clutch replacementThe over tightening or incorrect alignment to the housing is a common error and can cause such a leakI have spoken to and will have mechanic expert statements or appearances for court from [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] and T [redacted] All of them state almost the exact same way that it was possibly damagedI have tried to come to a reasonable resolution but that seems to be not possible so the next step will be courtThank you for your time Regards, [redacted]
