Industrial Chem Labs & Services

SCAM! This company is no good. I kindly listened to their sales spiel and knew I wasn't going to use their product. They shipped me their product without my authorization. I called them 1-800-827-0869 and the sales rep insisted that I told him over the phone to ship me this product to clean my drainpipes. No proof whatsoever that I authorized this order. My pipes are cast-iron and extremely sensitive. I would never put anything other than an auger down my pipes. They told me I can return it on my own, but they will not pick up the product I didn't order nor will I use. SCAM!
