We received a letter following a complaint from one of our customer, regarding a product that this customer purchased and returned giving us the reason for the return as “wrong switch ordered: We authorized the return but the switch was received in an awful condition, original packaging taped
with blue tape and the switch itself with broken partsThis was sent to us using USPS and we called the customer immediately after receiving the product and sent pictures to show how it had been receivedShe answered that that was not her that did the damages but perhaps USPSWe asked her to claim USPS and she answered that she did not insured the productWe proposed to send it back to her but she refused saying she would not pay for the shippingThe switch is still in our receiving area and she can get it if she pays the UPS charges See attached pictures If you have any questions, please do not hesitate *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
You are giving false information again. Per USPStracking.pdf you received the switch on 3/4, you never called me. When I emailed you on 3/8 (Gmail-Cam switches. Pdf), you lied again stating the switch still hadn't been received. I called YOU, and all the sudden you were able to locate the item. We discussed getting the correct switch, however none were sufficient to meet my needs. At this point you reported the switch was broken as there were "loose parts" in the box (Gmail-Switch returned. Pdf). If you knew anything about the items your supplier IMO sent us, you would understand that these are extra mounting screws and contacts for the switch. The switch had been dismantled NOT broken. (Isolators 69 series. Pdf). If it was broken I wouldn't want it back. So, Ship it back to my post office box or give me the money back as I originally requested. As it stands I am out a total of the original cost of the item plus TWO shopping charges with NO way to recoup my losses. I am not putting another penny in your pocket, not even for shipping . GIVE me MY money back!
