As stated on our monthly brochures and contracts the customer signed, we Major Car Wash have the right to cancel or amend this program at any timeThis customer did in fact by a monthly plan for $in September 2017which he utilized the entire month and washes his vehicle times which is fine
that’s what the unlimited plan is for however, we do not accept taxi’s or any limos period on our plans which clearly states this and we have the right to cancel a membership at any time which in fact I graciously said I will give you another month but after that we cannot have you on our plan any longerWe tried to explain this to customer several times he is an Uber driver with an Uber ID Sticker on his vehicleUber is in fact a taxi serviceIn any event, I explained myself to him that I would have to cancel his membership once his month was finishedThe customer would not accept that answer, he came in daily to cause disruption with employees and we had to call the South Brunswick police department on him in which the police told him to find another car wash and move on that we have the right to cancel him at any time. He proceeded to come in again and I told him I would refund him for half of the month of October since he only utilized that month for half of his monthly plan charges which I believe was more than fair but for him to please not come in anymore as he continued to cause issues with employees He received his refund and after he started yelling, screaming etc.We have over monthly members and we have never had an issue like this before

I am rejecting this response because: as long as business keep lying, I will not accept it.1) when I told police about what happened (except complaining about that guy) .. police told me that I cannot tell business how to run the business and I cannot tell you also what should be done but I am here so there is no more conflict. so police telling them that they should stop me is wrong.2) I washed the car for more than a month there. I was going almost daily as they also claimed and in full one month (until next renewal came) I never had any issue with lady or any of their employee except that their employees kept harassing me everyday why I go there daily and car is not dirty and why I still want to wash and all and I was taking it lightly thinking that they are trying to be funny and that's why I told them about my driving uber also otherwise their noticing sticker on my car is also white lie.3) Lady herself, if she is afraid of god , knows that first day she told me that because of my driving uber reason I cannot continue after next month, I told her that since you have renewed my program today only it's ok if they want to cancel it today itself as I am ok not renewing for another month (who wants to go through their harassment after paying money for a month unlimited rental pass) but she said it's ok , you can come another month. And now they are claiming that I didn't agree to them for closing out my plan? that's another lie.4) their employees  continuously harassed me daily by asking why I come there daily when as I mentioned earlier, it's none of their business to ask once I registered for monthly unlimited wash pass program.5) that day I asked their cashier that when joney comes, could you pls ask her to give me in writing that they are terminating my contract ( the reason why I told her this is because their pamphlet says that I need to give them in writing 5 days before my cancelling the contract from my side and I expected same) and cashier lady called the guy from outside and that guy started shouting at me and pushing me. Later that guy told me that he was patting me but he didn't have any right to touch me. So I tried calling police by dialing 311 and it didn't work so as I mentioned earlier, they called police to save their face and blamed it on me. Second thing is that next day that guy came to me and apologize for his behavior also and I was nice enough then also to tell him that it's ok. sometimes things happens. Then next day when I went there lady was there and she told me that she will refund me half money (even though technically they asked me within 1st week of my renewal of contract and I still had more than 3 weeks left) by saying that police told me that they should not allow me to let wash but actually police told me that he cannot tell them how to run the business and why he cannot suggest them to alllow me to wash or not allow me to wash but I can go to small claim court or Revdex.com if needed and hence I am here. 6) lady says that I shouted and all then everything was happened in front of camera and she should check everything and see who shouted and who pushed me etc rather than lying about it. I was professionally behaved all the time and never created an issue even though their employee shouted at me, pushed me, next day apologized me for their bad behavior and lady told me twice not to go there any more and also professionally well behaved when their employee every day harassed me by asking me why I go there daily even after paying for monthly membership fees. I am well educated BE chemical, MBA finance, ex VP on wall street and in USA for more than 17 years and no one can complaint about my bad behavior whatsoever. regards,

The police were called by us because the customer kept coming in daily and starting issues. Again, the police told him to not come back anymore and that we have the right to amend or cancel and monthly plan as stated on the contract the customer signed. The police were not arresting anyone the only person they were going to escort off the property was the customer. I am willing to refund this customer an additional $12.00 even though he washed his vehicle more than half the month. I have no problem doing so even though he agreed the half amount was fair at the time when we gave him the initial credit. He can come in any day this week except for Friday and I will personally issue him a refund.  In addition, we took every avenue to explain this to this customer each and every day and we even extended his monthly car wash an additional month to be fair. We have been in busy over 20 years and we always try our best to be as professional as possible. Unfortunately this customer is not willing to accept any suggestion we have offered to resolve this matter.  I hope that the customer will accept this additional refund and we can move on.
