These people are thieves and should be shut down they stole 2000.00 dollars from me with the scam of fixing my board Donna will lie to you she told me 10 times my money is in the mail do not have these people work on anything it is how they steal your money.

This company should be shut down, if anything. They quoted me 1500 plus for a circuit board to be repaired, upon shipping it to them and getting back, the machine that needed this circuit board did not even work. shipped to them a second time and had it repaired again, same issue. Losing business all at the same time. I had to seek the assistance of the attorney general's office in North Carolina to help to send me a partial refund. In addition, Josh L is very unpolite person

We sent *** Power Systems Controller to them for repair, but were required to send them $750, prior to them repairing it. Controller was finally returned to us 6-8 weeks late with broken diode when we took it out of the box. There was insufficient packing in box to provide protection. . Upon calling ***, we were told we needed to return it to them so they could repair again. They would not provide call tag. We asked for them to provide us with replacement diode so we could test to see if it would work.. We made several repeat phone calls to them, but Donna never responded again. Could not repair or test ourselves without that unique diode. There was no evidence that it was actually repaired the first time. Ended up having to buy another controller and were out the $750 repair fee + freight to ship to them.

Scammed like everyone else I read about (unfortunately after I paid them).
Sent sauna power supply and control unit in for estimate/repair. Quoted me 375 dollars to fix it and took a month longer then originally discussed. Excited to finally have a working sauna I connected immediately when I received it back only to find out it still has same issue as before. They never fixed the issue and have ignored my messages for the last two months. Now filing a police report on this transaction.

Sent in 2 Refrigerant Identifiers to be repaired. Paid Industrial electronic repair $650+ shipping charges to fix one of them.It still does not work, Appears that it Was never even opened up. Keep getting excuses from Industrial electronic repair.

We sent a monitor to Industrial electronic repair for estimate and repair. We were given an estimate of $1000 for repairs. Mailed check to company in fall 2016 and received our monitor in spring of 2017. Monitor was not functional. Contacted IER and sent monitor out the week of April 22, 2017 Made several phone calls to IER, over the flowing months. Emailed the sales department on August 16, 2017. Called and talked to Donna (*** on December 26, 2017 to check status. Called again on February 6, 2018 and was told that the repaired monitor would ship that Friday and they will send a tracking number via email. On March 1, 2018 talked with Donna and was told that the monitor would be shipped out on Monday March 5, 2018 and that she would Email a tracking number. Talked with Donna again on March 13, 2018 and was told again that the monitor would be shipped and that a tracking number would be emailed. Called again on March 14, 2018 to verify and was told that the monitor would be shipped that day, and that a shipping number would be sent via email. Talked with Donna again on March 20, 2018 and was told that the monitor would definitely ship today. Received shipping number on email March 22, 2018 indicating that the monitor would arrive March 30, 2018. When monitor arrived it was still not functional. Notified IER that the monitor was not functional, and was told by Donna that the monitor required a new key pad that IER was not able to locate, and that a refund would be issued. Left Donna a voicemail about the refund on April 13, 2018, and again on April 16, 2018. Talked with Donna on April 18, 2018 and she said that she needs to get with another person to decide and he will be there at noontime. Talked with Donna on April 19, 2018 and was given the same response that she needed to talk with another person about sending the refund, and was asked to call at the end of the following week (May 4) and she will have a refund ready. Talked with Donna on May 9, 2018 and was told that we are listed for a refund and that she would call back with a timeline. Talked with Donna on May 23, 2018 verifying our mailing address and payee address and was told that the refund should be sent the end of the week. Called Donna on June 11, 2018 and was asked to call back n 30 minutes if I did not hear back from her. Attempted to get into contact and was not able to do so. Left a message for Donna on July 16, 2018 and have not had any response.

Hello,

A full refund cannot be given. There was work done to both to circuit boards inside as well as extensive work done to the unit's keypad. A full refund can not be given. A partial refund can be given, minus parts and labor. Let me know how to proceed.

Sent this company two circuit boards worth over $700 each to be repaired in November of 2017 along with a check (they wont take CC for obvious reasons) for $475 to cover repairs and return shipping. After several months of repeatedly calling them they sent me the boards claiming they were repaired. Neither one worked, I called them and they said I would have to send them back (at my expense) and they would attempt to repair them again. The boards were sent back to them and several more months have passed. I have made repeated calls (at least 12) and spoken with Donna ***. During the last several calls I have demanded my valuable circuit boards and money be retuned. Donna promises each time to send the boards back to me and refund my money. I have as of yet not received anything but broken promises from this woman and this company!

I sent them 2 *** attachment pc modules to repair. They worked on them twice since 8/17 and the units do not work. I have asked for a refund due to now I have had to purchase new units from *** because they were unable to fix them. I have spoke with Donna *** on numerous occasions and now not taking my calls.

Spoke with the company several months ago before sending 2 DRO linear scales for evaluation and possible repair. I was told they provide free estimates. After receiving the repair estimate, which was far more than new replacement cost, I requested to have the items returned to me. I have contacted the company several times, spoke to Donna several times over the past month. I provided my UPS account number. Every time she has told me she would ship the scales back to me "tomorrow". Today, she said she would email her shipping department. I asked to be copied on that email. I wasn't. She has lied on several occasions. I have not received my scales. As far as I'm concerned, she (and this company) has stolen them from me.

I would never advise anyone to do any busness with Industrial Electronic. They should never be in busness.
Just not capable of fixing anything .

My Company Quality Machine Service, Inc. had Industrial Electronic Repair *** Rural Hall, NC 27045-9445 repair a machine part for my company. We needed the part back asap from them, I had tried to pay by credit card they do not take credit card payments and so Donna of Electronic Repair ask me to make a bank transfer to her company so they would send the part out to us. I informed Donna I had a check in the mail but needed the repaired part sent out . Donna told me that I need not stop payment on that check that she would just mail it back to me when it came in. Well she deposited that check $925.00 that she was already paid for by the bank transfer. I have been trying to get that money back now for a month, First I was told its in the mail which was a lie. Now I call the everyday Ashley answers the phone and tells me everyday Donna's not in right now, so I ask Ashley do you have a manager she tells me no only the owner but I can not give you his number or email to contact him. I ask do you have an accounts payable manager she said that is the owner. Now they must have caller ID because they wont answer the phone when I call. How can I get information to collect the $925.00 that is owed to my company?

We sent Industrial Electronic Repair a magnetizer numerous rimes last year, they never could repair it, but charged us shipping and repair fees every time. I sent it back to them for the 3rd time on October 11, 2016. They told me they were forming the capacitors and it would be ready soon. It is now October 2017 and they still have our property. They will not answer the phone or emails.

We contacted John *** on 10/5/17 early morning. We discussed that we would pay for return shipping when the unit is completed next week. We will email can call him when the unit is completed and again when the freight company picks the unit up. Let us know if you need anything else.

Sent a product to this company for evaluation and an estimate of repairs. The estimate was returned to us on July 7, 2017. This estimate was approved for repair, we were then asked for payment in full prior to shipping it back. We sent a check in the amount of $775.00 dated 7/18/17. We were assured by them the turn around time would be a few days. It is now 8/22/17 and today we were informed they have yet another issue and we would need to wait longer to get the product back. We made the request that since they appear to no be able to repair the unit to package it up and ship it back to us along with our payment to be returned as they were unable to provide the service that they had committed to. We were told they would pass the request on to the technician.

Sent a electronic tractor gauge cluster to this company for repair. Part came back and it did not function correctly. Company will not stand behind their work and fix the issue.

If the unit is not functioning correctly, then it needs to be shipped back in for warranty repair. A complaint of the issue that the unit is experiencing will also need to be sent with it. I am rejecting this response because:The repair was not completed correctly the first time. Shipping both ways will cost over $100 for me and this charge should be incurred by the repair facility. It was their error that necessitated the shipping so I am being wrongfully charged for this.

We sent a part to this company to be repaired, they insisted that we pay upfront for repairs, we have had to send the part back because it was not repaired. Do to the fact that they do not seem to know how to fix the part, they agreed to send us our money back. That was over a month ago, we were told that the check went out a month ago never received it, they claimed that they Fed Ex Overnighted another check never received it, now I am waiting for another fed ex tracking # haven't received it yet it has been 2 days. They are now screening their phones and emails and will not respond to either.

I sent this company a doorbell to be fixed. They could not fix it and assured me they would send back the bell and refund the $175 charge. I got the doorbell back but not the refund. I have called many times and all I get are promises to send a check which has never happened. I got the doorbell back in March 2017 but still no refund as of June 20, 2017.
