*** Roofing and Guttering Incinstalled a roof and did some defective work and has not reimbursed me for the damages
We had Sitte Roofing & Guttering Increplace the shingles (reroof) on our property at Palm Grove Boulevard for $28,around 12/18/ We called them about months ago around 3/30/that we discovered a rotted roof truss (and rotted wood) from leaking water Sitte Roofing came out to inspect and determine if the damage was caused by their roof replacement being faulty Their opinion was that the water leak was caused by cracks in the stucco chimney and had nothing to do with your roof replacement back around 12/18/ We had the rotted wood (water damage) and truss (water damage) replaced by *** *** of *** *** (XXX-XXX-XXXX) When Panama Roofing repaired the roof they discovered that the leak actually came from faulty flashing placed around the chimney base and not cracks in the chimney stucco Panama Roofing took pictures of the
