We have a signed contract from Ms [redacted] enrolling her son in our martial arts program for years The termination written into the contract are monthly payments up front The two monthly payments were not paid prior to the automatic scheduled withdrawals, per the agreement Her last payment was reversed by her bank and we suffered an additional $charge back fee An invoice was sent for the remaining $to close out the account Ms [redacted] refused to pay the cancellation fee and all information was forwarded to our collection agency The account is now out of our hands Documents can be provided upon request
