industrial medical group

Review: I went to Industrial Medical Group, to get my my Medical Examination for my Commercial drivers license, I went to there office, made an appointment , paid my money ($100.-), and ask very clearly if I need to bring anything from my primery care physician, and they told me NO. On the day of the appointment went in for the examination with ([redacted] MD ) and was handed a letter stating that if I was being treated for this or that I would need a letter from my doctor, after the examination the Dr. [redacted] told me that I would receive a one year medical certification when I got the letter from my primary doctor, so he gave me a three month certification extion, to get the letter. I returned in three days with the letter from my doctor . Then they wanted a another $25.- to change the dmv paperwork from three months to one year, witch I refused to pay because I had ask before hand , and I felt I was getting fleased for more money. Then I had a phone conversion with the office manger, in witch we went round and round, butt he did agree to wave the extra $25.- fee. Then about a hour later, Dr. [redacted] himself called me , and he told that if I did not want to pay for the service, I could go some were else , and that driving large trucks was dangerous , and he was only going to give me a three month medical certification.Desired Settlement: To get the one year medical certification that I qualified fore, and paid fore.
