We were interested in becoming a distributor of Industrial Nanotech to sell their productsAfter the initial discussions with Industrial Nanotech, we signed a distribution agreement, paid USD 12,as a mandatory signing fee to become a distributor and ordered products worth USD 2,After the order payment, we were being repeatedly told by Industrial Nanotech that the products will ship shortlyAfter weeks from the order payment and no shipping date in sight being confirmed by Industrial Nanotech, we decided to cancel the order and terminate the distribution agreement as per the termination clause allowing the distributor to terminate the agreement within days with a full fee refundWe did the termination as per the agreement provided by Industrial Nanotech and expected the refund of both the distribution fee and the order that was severely delayed and we were not offered any explanation or confirmation of shipping date after week

If I could give this company zero stars, I would On January 9, 2017, I placed an order for LeadXTM Clear Lead Encapsulation Coating My toddler had elevated blood lead levels, and we ordered the product in order to protect him from future lead exposure in our home Many e-mails, phone calls, and empty promises later, we never received the product We requested a refund for the product and S&H ($111) on three separate occasions, and still have not received one Every time I call, I get the run-around They will not connect me to a manager, nor give me a direct phone number for one This is a dishonest company that has no desire to help its customers avoid lead exposure
