Review: Hello, I first contacted Industrial Process Solutions (IPS) in July 2013 to help me do some light maintenance on 5 HP air compressors. They are extremely local and easy to get a hold of via phone and e-mail so it seemed like a perfect fit. I met with a representative, [redacted], who showed up un-announced a few days after I first called. He took some notes on my equipment and offered to e-mail me a quote in a day or 2. A week or so later when I did not receive the quote I called again and the quote came over. I read through it and noticed that the math did not add up. I sent an e-mail over to **. [redacted] and he promptly called me back to discuss the quote. We went over it in depth and he assured me that there was an error in his quote and that my math was correct so we decided to proceed. 5 weeks went by and no one ever called to set up the service schedule. I followed up with several e-mails and phone calls then one day a service tech showed up un-announced. The service tech performed the service to the best of his abilities and left the extra Oil for the compressors which was noted on the quote, 4 cases of oil @ $299.00 total. The service tech was here for 4 to 5 hours. The Next day **. [redacted] stopped in to go over what the service tech had done and when showing me some things we noticed a water leak in the area where the tech was working. [redacted] sent out another tech later that day to repair this leak. 2 weeks later I received an invoice in the mail and the math was incorrect. I composed and e-mail to **. [redacted] with my concerns to getting a revised invoice sent out so I could send a check. [redacted] showed up the next day un-announced and said that the quote was incorrect. He understood that I had questioned the quote, and that he had assured me that my math was correct but he had made an error and was apologetic. He asked to take back the extra Oil which had been ordered and was not understanding that we had gone over this before the work was done and that he was wrong.Desired Settlement: I would like the oil returned to me and the water leak that is still occurring to be fixed.
