Review: I received a phone call from a wireless number ###-###-#### informing me that my 36 month discount period ended June *, 2015 and that I now had to pay full price $180 per/gal on the remaining 6 gallons of Dura Coat. Supposedly I had only ordered and received 4 gallons (even though I still have 10 unopened gallons sitting in my basement + another 5 that I have already used and paid for, and I told him I received more than 10 gallons already) and it was a 10 gallon minimum to get the special offer of $70 off per gallon. I told him (do not remember his name) that I would not do any more business with his company nor would I give them any more of my money. I hung up on him and he immediately called me back. He said that if I didn't understand the 10 gallon minimum that he would talk to the production manager ([redacted]..or something like that) and see what kind of deal he could work out. He said he could take off 3 of the 6 gallons but not at the discounted price, but they could not zero out my account because it was from a previous order. I told him again that I already had more than 10 gallons of the Dura Coat and that I did not want any more nor was I giving him any more money. He then said that if I denied this one-time offer of taking off 3 gallons that my account would be red-flagged and I would have to pay for the remanding 6 gallons at full price along with a 40% restocking fee that would be $565 and some odd cents alone. He said I would be charged a significant amount of money if I didn't take this one-time offer. I got frustrated and hung up on him again. I haven't done business with this company in over 3 years and now they are trying to scam me again. I just want to be done with them and not owe them for a fictitious bill.Desired Settlement: I would like this fictitious bill to be dropped and not ruining my credit and this company and its employees to NEVER contact me again.

Review: Trying to bill us for a product that we never bought.

We previously bought some of their product and now they want us to pay more for items never purchased.

I received a phone call today 9/**/2015 from number ###-###-#### the name came up belonging to Tim L[redacted]. He told me that the extended time to buy more product was over and asked me if I would buy more product today. I told him that I did not want more product. He informed me that there was a minimum gallons that you had to order and that if I would order it today that he would make it all right with the company. I told him that I was not going to be working at my main job for the next while until the winter season begins, and I would have no extra money to purchase this. And that I didn't want it anyway. He told me that he would talk to his manager and see if they could work out something. He came back and told me that if I bought 2 gallons now that I could buy four more later. And I told him again that I didn't want any. He told me then that if I didn't buy any, I would be charged for the six remaining gallons( that I had never even received) and also a 40% restocking fee, and my account would be red flagged. So I once again told him that I did not want any and hang up the phone. I would like to have this scam bill dropped and for this dishonest company to never call me again.Desired Settlement: for them to never call me again.
