Good Morning,The complaint from Ms*** is not at all correctShe did come to see us but none of her tires were in good shapeShe only wanted to replace thoughWe did by accident put one of her tires back on that she claimed was the worst one and was going flat by mistakeShe came back
in and told us what happened so I asked to see her paperwork so we could see what she was referring to (not because we didn't believe her) and we told her it was our mistake and we apologized several times and explained to her that the tire was put in the junk pile because it wasn't in any kind of shape to resellWe did find the tire and put it back on and switched out the other oneShe was happy when she left and I apologized several times for the mistake and she said it was fine and she understood it happensThen she came back the next day mad again about her tires claiming we did it AGAINNo we hadn't, she just needed to replace all her tires and needed to have an alignment because they weren't wearing rightSo we told her we would help her out and give her used tires at that time to keep her safe on the road, so we installed those newer used tires FREE of chargeAgain she was happy when she left and I also offered to let her purchase new tires at my cost but she didn't want to buy new onesWe did everything we could to make her happyI was completely shocked when we got the letter from Revdex.comThere wasn't anything more we could have done considering the shape of all her tires when she first came inAlso her claims of speaking to Alvin are totally false, she never talked to AlvinI take this complaint very seriously because Ms*** is my stepsister and I would never do anything to put her or her kids in jeopardy and her sister is a regular customer of ours along with the rest of my family
