We have a call center over people. The sales person was told that the wife did all the buying and our sales person said he spoke with her. She worked there then I am guessing. I'll instruct the sales rep to not call there anymore. Thanks for your time

Again our company did nothing wrong. *** worked here for one week I cant monitor all 20+ employees phone calls at times I have no idea what they are saying. I cant confirm or deny what *** said or didnt say. So if your looking for a "sorry" the I'll say sorry in behave of *** who no longer works hereWe follow all guidlines we are not breaking any laws by trying to sell warehouse supplies

We run a inside sales office and have over inside sales reps. Yes we have monthly promotions we send out apon a small order. Once customer gives our sales rep a order we have it called back by our veification department to go over the ENTIRE orderOnce order is confirmed order is
shipped out along with any promotion that was promised. everyday practice no scam about this practice. Millions of companies run their business the same way. We dont force anyone to buy from usWe dont just send out product accross the US and hopes people pay. We have a very strick verification process

[The company didn't not respond to the complaint at all, I wanted an apology for their Sales Rep rude, disrespectful, sexist message he left on my voice mail. I still have the voice mail saved on my phone. Sales Rep [redacted] calls me quote " a girl "for not answering my phone and having the company secretary answer the phone , even tho I was working on the production floor and not able to be in my office all day waiting for  a phone call. I don't think that Women for women's rights would appreciate [redacted]'s SEXIST comment ether and the companies response only shows that they did not read the complaint at all, and therefor approving of his views as their own. It was completely uncalled for, and totally unprofessional. I feel sorry for the woman calling me from the accounting department, having to work for a company that views being a woman as a bad, and degrading thing.  This whole ordeal makes me sick. ]

These guys call with the same script every time. They have a big promotion and just need a minimum order to ship you something free. They claim to be a current supplier. They say they'll get the PO later. A box of tape shows up to your dock with an invoice for $500. When you contact them to return it, they will insist that the employee they talked to was under verbal contract.

Review: I had previously placed a few orders of safety supplies with Industrial Warehouse Supplies however on February 21st, 2014 four boxes were delivered to our work that I didnt order. I contacted them and said I didnt order nor did I need any supplies and to please issue a return number for me to send the boxes back. They refused to take the items back and stated that I had in fact ordered them. I said no that I didnt order them and thats when [redacted] said he had recorded the phone call of me ordering the items (which he would never play) and that I couldnt send them back. On previous occasions they had mailed what they claimed to be gift cards to me, totaling $350 for my previous purchases from them however when I continued to ask to return the items [redacted] claimed he would contact upper management and alert them to the fact that I was stealing company rebates unless I paid the invoice. I said no that I didnt order these items, and I would not pay the invoice, nor would I pay to ship the items back. I also stated that upper management was aware of the gift cards. Furthermore, the cost on this shipment almost tripled in price. This is when [redacted] said he would price match costs of previous invoices and drop the order from $5800 down to $2850. Again, I said no I didnt order and will not accept. He still refused to take the order back but offered another discount of $1000 dropping the total to $1850. Still I said no. On February 28th, 2014 [redacted] called the VP of our company and started harassing him, myself and the company for over 2 hours by continuously calling our office on multiple lines every 10 seconds. This company lied, was rude and very aggressive. At one point he even told the VP that it was his job to harass customers. He also stated that he was going to call our customers and tell them we order products and refuse to pay for it. He finally suggested after 2 hours of continuous harassment that we write refused on the boxes and ship them back via ups at their expense. This method of sales tactics and harassment with almost 2,000 phone calls is not appreciated and made it impossible for us to conduct and operate our regular business, which is why we are filing this report. We hope that you can revoke their business license and prevent them from preying and scamming other customers/businesses in the future.Desired Settlement: This company should be reprimanded and their business license should be revoked. The harassment with almost 2,000 phone calls in 2 hours is unacceptable. The practice of sending out gift certificates and later calling them rebates is also false advertising and again they should not be allowed to have an active business license. We will also report to the Revdex.com. No monetary reimbursement is expected.

This company ordered product for a while from us. Theay called this order in and gave us a Purchase Order Number. We verfified the order with them pices, prices and totals. This was a special order for us. We are just a small company and had to pay for the products they ordered on our company credit card. They didnt call us untill 45 days after they had the product and at that point they wanted to return. We have a 30 day return policy they did not follow. We couldnt take the product back after that long. This company tired to say they never ordered it. They threaten to cause physical harm on me if I didnt take it back. I recorded the conversation him threatining my life. I recorded all calls that he was going to keep my product and not send it back and not pay. This comapny seems to me orders product and then finds out they have enough and later say they dont want it. You should look into this comapny and their practices.

Their response is complete and utter nonsense. No lives were threatened nor did we order this shipment. Luckily, we were able to write "REFUSED" on the boxes and called UPS to tell them we refused the order and to send the boxes back to Industrial Warehouse Supplies, Inc. No further action is requested only that this be noted with the Revdex.com in hopes of preventing it from happening to other people in the future.

We have all documents proving this company oredered these products from us on multiple occasions. We have a proven track record of them buying from us and paying the bill. There company needs to look into who they are letting buy for their company. we are looking into taking legal actions on this matter. We lost lots of money from them ordering product from us and keeping it for over 30 days and then marking refused on the items and sent back. Please look into this company and make sure they are not doing the same to other companies. I will do everything in my power to put a stop to it.

Review: I work for [redacted] in Pleasant View,UT as the front office clerk and I have received phone calls from this business repeatedly over the past several months. These are cold calls saying that they need to speak to our Warehouse Manager and asking what his name is in a way that makes it sound like he has asked for them to get back to them. I have talked to our Warehouse Manager and he says that he doesn't know anything about this company. I ask them not to call each time they call, but they continue to do so. Today I told them that I would be turning in a complaint to you and I am doing that. These calls have basically become a type of harassment as they call so often and will not stop after being asked to.Desired Settlement: We want them to stop calling and to not contact us in any way. Thank you!

The person that sent the reply to you may not be able to monitor every call, but surely they can take our phone number

off of their call list. The callers always say that they have talked to the person that they want to talk to, but can't

remember the person's name and can I give it to them. I have asked my coworker if this is true and they have no

knowledge of IWS. It is truly annoying to keep getting these calls

Review: Salesperson from this company keeps calling and harassing us. They are extremely rude and get offended when not directed to the person they request. They will not remove us from their call list and have not complied with all requests to discontinue contact. We have not ordered any products from this company and are not interested in doing business with them in the future.Desired Settlement: Industrial Warehouse to discontinue all contact with [redacted] Inc and no future solitications for business.

Review: They called me and my business using my wife's name and stating that she had placed a verbal PO. All untrue. My wife doesn't even work for the company.Desired Settlement: No further contact from this scam artist

Review: [redacted], a salesman , called me about a promotion and he wanted me to place a order for some safety glasses and in return would send me a cooler. [redacted] told me accounting would be contacting me to verify my order. I was kinda skeptical so after I got off the phone with [redacted] I looked up this company online. I saw that they had a very bad history, and a lot of people were saying they where a scam, and falsely sent in charges/products to them. So I immediately called the number I was given by [redacted] to cancel my order. I spoke with a lady and told her I wanted to cancel my order. She told me that if I had not received a call from the Accounting department (which I hadn't) then the order was not finalized so I was Okay. I asked her to remove my phone number and my company from the call list and thanked her for her time. The few hours later I started getting phone calls from the accounting department. I was out of my office at the time so I had 4 messages left by her. The person sounded like the very same person who I spoke with earlier I called the number she left for me to call which was the very same number that [redacted] gave me. No one answered my phone call so I left a message on the answering machine saying I did not want the products or the promotion and to remove my phone number from their call list. Today I have been out of my office most of the day but with I come back I have more messages from the Accounting Lady asking to finalize my order. They had also called my company and spoke with our secretary and our secretary was asking me about the order. I was going to be on the plant floor for a few more hours so I asked our secretary that if the call back just tell them I had already spoke with them and wanted my order cancelled and ask them to stop calling. I just got back to my office and [redacted] the salesman left me a very RUDE message. He called me a GIRL and said I was hiding behind the Secretary. This company should be closed and investigated.Desired Settlement: An Apology for [redacted] rude behavior and childish name calling.

Review: The owners of this rather shoddy company first contacted my business a mere 3 months ago.. Since that time they have gone through employee after employee never allowing me to follow through with the same sales associate twice. They have made multiple promises about receiving a promotional cooler, all the while I have never received the product I purchased nor the cooler, and if I must be quite Frank the $250.00 visa gift card I was promised to take my wife out! I have never in my life dealt with such a terrible team of owners.. When I tried to contact the higher ups all I ever received where endless voice mails and rude front desk workers. I have yet to thus day receive a single purchased product from these monsters!! OH BUT I HAVE RECEIVED AND PAID SEVERAL BILLS!Desired Settlement: 16,500 dollars to be precise, when I've spoken to fellow colleagues in regard to this company I have heard nothing but the same thing, terrible ownership and management!

we have several confirmations verified with the buyer on all the items that were purchased from our company. We call back the buyer on each order given to us going over, pices, prices and totals. We have proof deliveries showing they received all the orders. This company is slandering us saying they pay our bills but we never send product.. I have our company attoney looking into what can be done to them for slander. We now have written proof what they are saying we've done isnt true. We have all supporting documents proving this company bought and received and paid for their products they ordereed from us. There approved buyer continues purchasing from us I cant do anything about that. But I asure you they have received all products we just dont bill people and hope they pay a invoice with no product.
