TERRIBLE SERVICE
The staff at the store in East Memphis has the worst attitude and customer service skills! I took my 600.00 to Sweet Temptation in Cordova the ladies there were extremely nice and helpful. I will never give Industry Locs another dollar!

Bad customer service I bought a frontal from them and it look skimpy like it’s already been plucked. No hair is on here hardly, they say they can’t do a refund they only only can do exchange.Well we get up here now they can’t do an exchange the hair is ruff and they’re very unprofessional by them I mean her son and the lady that owns the company. She started hollering and yelling saying she can’t do anything about it before I even raised my voice at her. Telling her son to push the panic button on us n just lock us in! Bad business very 1st n last time coming to them anybody ask I wouldn’t refer them.

I never received my order or a refund my money.I placed an order for hair extensions at [redacted] in the amount of $250. I never received any type of corresponding emails relating to my order. I never received my order period, or my tracking number if they even bothered to ship it. My purchase was made through [redacted]. I sent a message through their contact form on the website regarding this issue but I received no response.I commented on their [redacted] page and they deleted my message and posted a picture on "How to send a DM". So I took their advice and sent them a direct message with a screenshot of the transaction on [redacted]. They continuously asked me for my name and email and told me they would refund the money back to my [redacted] account.Every week I would message them back and again I would just get asked what my name and email was. The last message I sent got totally ignored. But everyday they post pictures throughout the day ignoring my issue completely.Desired SettlementI would like my $250 refunded back to my [redacted] account

Bad customer service and used productI placed a order with this company on Aug 25, 2014, I did not receive my order until September 10, 2014 in between this time I had been calling and left numerous messages about my order and find out where it was, mind you they charged my card on August 25. So on Aug 9 I decided to call early to see if I could reach anyone and I did, I explained the situation to the lady and she said something about orders going into her trash when being placed because of how her website was set up, like it was my fault or that knew that her website was so poorly put together, very very rude. So when she found my order and see that I had paid she did overnight my order to me. Okay now I receive my order and oh my, I received hair that was clearly to different colors and clearly recycled (used)!!! Once again I tried to contact someone left numerous messages once again and no response or return call from anyone, I just got fed up and frustrated and decided to let it go, $145 thrown away, No Refunds on used recycled hair that they are selling people without knowledge, No returns on open items!?? Well you have to open the package to inspect your product clearly..Desired SettlementI want nothing more from them, they have a no refund policy while selling used hair!!

Received product, co washed the hair and installed it when it dries hair was very nappy. Bad product. Fee [redacted] would not help or try to fix it.Purchased it in February with the sale promotion she had going on also ordered four bundles of hair including the closure. I did it online the price was about 259 I payed with my debit card the problem happend the second day after I had it after it became dry I seemed help from hair stylist I thought it was something I did they told me to use diff shampoos which is also on her website to use I spent a lot of money on buying the products to fix it and still nothing it still looked very napoy a complete diff look from the bundles that was suppose to be the same texture of hair.Desired SettlementI want it fixed or another one to compensate I have payed and spent way too much money with them over the years. I have ordered product from this company last Monday,I have not received tracking info. I have been calling and emailing for 5 days without feedback.I am a frequent customer of Industry Locs hair extensions, but this is my first incident where I've had such poor service.I placed an order with Industry Locs Monday March 8th,2015. I never received a confirmation from the company that my order was received( which is the usual process). However, I did receive a message from PayPal stating that my order was placed and after checking my bank account I saw that the funds were taken from my banking account (total of 131.80). My receipt # with PayPal is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. I called Industry Locs Saturday March 7th expressing my concerns about not receiving a tracking no. I was insured that due to the inclement weather that week there was a delay on order shipping and I would receive a tracking number as soon as the order ships. Today is March 11th and I have been calling and emailing the company since Monday, and the only response I have been able to get is via social media asking for an order number (which I never received) I replied and still have not received a response. I have left multiple messages and call multiple times a day. I feel that it is very unprofessional to run a company in which you are unable to reach out and communicate with customers. I have been a loyal customer with this company for 3 years now and it is disheartening to know that I probably will never do business with them again because of such disregard I have received as a paying customer.Desired SettlementThe only settlement that I would like is to receive the product I have ordered in a timely manner. The policy on Industry Locs website states all items are to ship to customers with in 5-7 days. It is now the 7th day and I have yet to even receive tracking information.

industry-locs did not honor their own shipping policy and have not issued my refund which they promised to do. Before placing an order with industry-locs hair extensions, I called to ask about their express shipping as stated on their website. I was told that they were not offering express shipping at that time. She said if I place the order I will receive it in 5-7 business days. She promised that I will receive it by that Friday April 3rd 2015 or sooner if I placed my order on that day. So on Wednesday, March 25th 2015, I placed the order right after speaking to her. Two days after placing my order I called the company inquiring about my tracking number. I was told the ordered had not ship but I would receive it by Friday April 3rd 2015 (which was the 7 day of their shipping policy). I called again on Monday (day 3), she told me the same (item was not shipped). I called again on Tuesday (day4) she told me my order was scheduled to ship the following day. I called the next day (day 4 ) she then informed me that my order had not been shipped and she wasn't sure when it would be shipped. I informed her that their policy guarantees 5 to 7 business. She said there was nothing she can do so I asked for a refund. she said she would let the owner know to issue my refund and I should except a refund in 3 to 5 business days depending on my bank. I went ahead and purchase the extensions with a different company who offered me one day shipping. 3 days later I received am email from ups saying I had package from industrial loc schedule for mailing. I called the company and there was no answer. I informed UPS to return any packages with my name on it from industry-loch back to the sender. Ihave not received my money ($210) back and they have not returned any of my calls. Desired SettlementI would like a refund of $210 from industry-locs

I placed an order with you guys in August. I didn't receive my complete order and I would like to get a refund or a completed order. I placed and order in August. I received an incomplete order. I contacted you via Instagram, as this was the only way I could get in touch, with photos of what I received and what I should have received. You told me you would send a shipping label to return the order, and you would send me a complete order. This alone made no sense to me, but I said okay, and the label never showed in my email. I tried contacting you afterwards, and I haven't heard from you since. I got my bank involved, and I was told I should have gotten a letter of rebuttal from you guys, but it never came, and they reposted the amount to my card. I am now reaching out in an attempt to get these matters settled with you before I take higher actions. Please give me a solution to this issue so that we can continue our lives as adults, and you can avoid losing a faithful customer for such a small amount of merchandise. ThanksDesired SettlementFor a resolution, I would prefer to receive my money back for the part of the order I have yet to receive, but I will also be satisfied with receiving the remainder of the merchandise that I ordered and payed for.
