Customer called an told us a rock had hit the window while he was driving on the freewaywe informed the customer that we are not responsible for any damage to vehicle occurred by customer
We had included a warranty at NO COST to customer for months/miles as a courtesy to our
customers that cover major components
And as an additional courtesy changed the oil sending unit and the oil pan gasket that customer and repair facility stated took care of the small leak

Hi!We are sorry to hear about the issues that has occurredWe have reviewed the informationWe are not affiliated with any SMOG Facility and do not perform any Smog Service at our locationAll our inventory are sent out to available Smog Facilities in nearby areasWe do not work with any Smog
Facilities as suggested in your statementRegarding the statement of switch and bate, we do not need or want to deal with such practices at our dealershipWe take pride in selling reasonably priced inventory, and we have years of excellent compliance with both CA Dept of Motor Vehicles and BARThe ads are done by an outside ad agency and sometimes there might be an errorHowever the price posted on the vehicle itself and on our price sheet which is posted in our office visible to all our valued customers stated the price of $The owner explained that vehicle will be sold at $as posted on car and customer was still interested in purchasing the vehicleNo loan or application had been processed on customers behalf prior to agreement on priceIn regards to the warranty, the customer were offered to purchase one and opted to do soCustomer decided to buy warranty from an outside vendor, as we do not offer any warranties from our dealershipCustomer took vehicle home and decided to cancel the service contract the following dayCustomer was told it had to be done by her since we do not cancel contracts on customers behalf since she is the holder of the contractCustomer will have to do that onlineAfter customer cancels service contract the dealer will notify customers lending institution and lender will then make proper adjustments, which was done in a timely mannerThe Service contract gets processed and transferred to customer online immediately at time of purchase

I am rejecting this response because:
When purchasing the car I was given a warranty. But I was given the warranty because the salesman said that the car was in such good condition that I wouldn't need it anyway. Also that he knew this because the car had been through a careful and thorough inspection. The salesman repeatedly said that the car was in such good condition. He also told me that the warranty covered everything. Then gave me the pamphlet to show me.
When I initially called the salesman I called to ask them why me warranty wasn't on file with the warranty place. I was assured that it was a process and that my warranty just hadn't been process yet. I did mention that my window had blown out on the freeway the day after I bought it. Never try to charge them for that.
Then I was told that my warranty wouldn't cover an oil leak. My response was how would we know that it wasn't covered it we don't know what's wrong with the car exactly. I said let's let a mechanic decide. I was assured that it was minor and that they would pay to get it fixed. When I told them that it was $1100 to fix they're response was my mechanic was trying to over charge me. So they offered to fix it and they did. But I had to bring the car to therm.
Then about a week later I have the new problem with the coolant system. I called they warranty place and they notified me that my warranty didn't cover the work. I notified them again about the problem that I had. I was again told that my mechanic was just trying to over charge me or do unnecessary work to get my money. He also stated that the person that owned the car he was going to talk to, but he didn't think he would help me anymore. But he would see if he could get the car owner to give me $100 because that's what the radiator should cost. I asked about the warranty and they said that they only sell power train warranties.
I dealt with one person when I bought the car, but when I called them about the problems I dealt with another person. The person I dealt with when buying was [redacted]. When I called about the problems I dealt with [redacted].
I've spent over $1500 in repairs not to mention I still need more work, plus the work that they di already did. And I just don't feel that it's been a fare amount of time before all of these repairs were need. Not even 45 days. Not to mention the price being kind of high. I only purchased the car because of the good condition that it looked and what I was told. I would be me than happy for them to give me some kind of help if not completely reimbursing me.
Any questions feel free to ask.

Review: I bought a car from them not even 60 days ago, with a warrant and has had multiple problems with repairs. I've had to replace a window 2 days later. I've had an oil leak and I've had to change the whole coolant system. Plus the mechanic says that there are potential other problems. I was told that I had a good warranty but didn't need it because the car was in such good shape. But the warranty doesn't cover any of the repairs that I've had done.Desired Settlement: I would like some type of refund for the repairs I've already done and an agreement with the other repairs needed or a full refund.
