the fan clutch. Since the work is already done I offered to refund him the parts in return for the old ones. I called again on 5/**/2015 and left a message to retrieve the old parts so we can get him the refund. Still waiting on a call or email back as of today 5/**/2015.

Review: On 1/**/2015 I had a water pump repaired on my vehicle for the cost of $872.76. Come mid April I noticed a coolant leak coming from the pump and when I brought it back they "tightened" the screws on the pump and added lock tight to keep them from backing out, when the leak continued the told me vibration from my clutch fan was backing out the screws holding on the pump they told me they had the improper tool to tighten the said screws and had used an impact gun to do so, and than told me to do so could have damaged the aluminum block, I was given 3 different stories and situations involving the water pump to be told it will cost me another almost 600 to repair over all, and this is not an option, how is a clutch fan vibrating a water pump bolted to my block off the mount when lock tight was used, I am tired of excuses.Desired Settlement: either a full refund or a complete finished job so that coolant isn't leaking everywhere.
