03/30/We sign the estimated the proposal ,endorse the check to him in total $5,, he tell us he will work with our insurance.The insurance claims was closed (we did claims for our ruffing).a) First claim closed: 02/25/b) Second claim closed: 05/03/2016..- I star to suspect he was lying to me about everything , I find out that the proposal he bring to my house the company was out the business and he never say nothing before about the company is no longer in business, and right now he is one the owners ( he bring our house his business card) of another company with different name: 1.- One is out the business, the name is: INDY CONTRACTORS INC 2.-The one is active is: INDY CONTRACTING LLC I asking for cancellation and refund my money back in person , for cellphone, for text messages and MrP [redacted] tell me not refunds, If I want my money back he only going to return half of the money .- I am frustrated because supposedly we don’t have a contract, only estimated the proposal …but he mention “we have” okIs already months sense we give the many to fix my houseand He never fix and not money back .- 9/12/He call me for Cellphone 11:amHe tell me he is not going to do the work because he tell me he going to lose a lot money and he prefer to refund my many …….but he tell me: I can give you $1,today and the rest next week, or month I tell him SrRaymond P [redacted] you have hrsfor full refund back or I will go w/ Attorney generalAnd he know we will go to Revdex.com.( this happen yesterday, I hope the owner do the legal and correct)I think anyone would be frustrated
