At no time was this agreement cancelled by the consumer I was first made aware of the situation when my credit card processor reversed the charges on our account pending our appeal and their review of the documentation We did follow up and then provided complete written documentation as requested for review These included the agreement with pricing, a signed credit card receipt, copies of the showroom log of when they came in to shop, as well as the vanity and mirror purchase order they asked one of our staff to prepare for themUpon review of the documentation, the credit card company reversed the charges again in our favor Next we received a letter from their attorney to which we responded in detail, again providing complete documentation supporting what actually transpired Please see the attachments which include signed agreements, signed credit card receipt, showroom log, cancelled purchase order and our detailed response to their attorney Please note in the written response to their attorney that I did offer to meet with them if there is any misunderstanding of products or services availableAdditionally, if that was not acceptable to them that I would be more than happy to arrange for Revdex.com arbitration as agreed upon in our contract with themThey have not responded to my offer

I was very happy with my choice of flooring, but what was even better was the service and installation process I received from Indy Home Design Center

  Next we received

A sofa was ordered on 3/27/15 and then a love seat on 4/2/15. They chose to pick these up (instead of using the delivery service) on 5/16/15. When the merchandise was picked up it was signed for stating that he inspected the items on the purchase orders and found no damages and confirmed that the...

items are what he ordered. He also signed a release for DirectBuy from any further responsibilities regarding this order and took sole ownership of the items. (See attached). We then received a call on 6/3/15 to tell us that we ordered him the wrong loveseat. This is a custom order so we verified the model #'s and the supplier shipped exactly what he ordered. Even though we have signed documentation stating the correct products were picked up we agreed to offer two options:Return the new loveseat and another would be re-ordered, or keep the loveseat as is and we would refund 40% of cost. The second option was chosen. Inadvertently a math error was made when we computed the 40% off. The dealer cost on this product is $3600 (retail $6995) and we stated we would refund 40% of the cost which is $2160. In actuality $2160 is 60% off and $1440 is 40% off. When the check was written and sent to him it was for the agreed upon 40% off. He complained that he did not receive $2160, even though it is 60% off. So we sent another check for $720.
Then they decided they didn’t want the loveseat even though we sent them $2160. So we then agreed to change what we previously agreed to, and we would pick up the loveseat, and our furniture dolly (they borrowed) and they were to return the checks (they have not been returned). We have called and left 3 messages and sent emails over the last two weeks to which they will not respond.
The complaint states they simply want us to pick up the loveseat and order a new one at our expense and we have agreed yet they will not respond to our calls or emails to do this. As of now they have $2160 which is a 60% refund on a loveseat that they have had in their home since 5/16/15.
I am requesting that the Revdex.com does not post this as a complaint against our business being that we have signed documentation they received what was ordered, we did agree to resolve this prior to the complaint being filed, we refunded 60% instead of 40%, and then even agreed to take it back which and they are complaining we won’t do. There is no basis for this complaint.
