We purchased two items from ReadyToRe, a tub and a large sink Within months of installation of the kitchen sink, the finish on it has been cut through by the sink drain, and has completely bubbled up in the basin ReadyToRe's warranty policy makes it nearly impossible to solve this problem We'd have to ship the sink back at our expense, find a repair person in our area willing to repair it, but using ReadyToRe's process, or do it ourselves It's bad enough that it's our kitchen sink and we'll have to go without a sink for several weeks, but to have to pay $one way for shipping (times two, since they'll have to send it back to us), is just really bad business We'll never buy from them again, which is disappointing They seem to offer good productsuntil they go bad
