I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied with the response as we did not dispute the fact that the phone was damagedThe issue that I encountered was the fact that the cashier did not explain the cost of the service before I left my phoneI knew I did not have $to paySo, I specifically asked the cashier how much it would cost BEFORE I left the phone and she referred me to the receipt that she gave me that said $The owner acknowledged on video that the cashier made a mistakeNot only that, the phone was returned to us in a non-repairable state

of the problem their phone might have? For example if they want to fix a screen,we will ask them if there are other problems beside the screen, if they said no,Then we check the phone to evaluate the issue we after that we will tell them the total cost, if they agreed then we go to the computer to do the paper work and print it out and ask them to read our repair policy on the bottom of the paper. Do not make sense to me saying that Miss [redacted] came to the store for a second time to get estimate. We have a big flashing board and the repair policy hanging by the wall for customers to see, that's the first think you will see when entering into the store ( will included photo and video for you to see). Miss [redacted]a came back again on 11/3/2016 to fix her phone, the first things she looks at, was the price you can see on the video. but since she knew our repair policy and she knew that she did caused the cracked of her phone. ACCORDING TO OUR POLICY IF 7 YOU CRACKED THE SCREEN WITHIN 3 MONTHS IT WILL COST THE SAME AMOUNT. She agreed with Sophia to repair the phone and pick it up in 1hour. One hour later the phone was ready for pick up, miss [redacted] came back and when handed the final receipt with $90,the only word she said,im coming back. She went to her home and tell her mom, her mom then called the store and harassed our employee and because of that she quit...next days 3/4/2016 her mom came with police, I explained to the police everything what happened and I told them always we have option for customers who came back with cracked screen,instead paying the full amount we ask them to pay just for the part $60 no labor cost, even though our repair policy says customers need to pay in full if the issue is caused by them. The police said that was fair but when they explained that to the mom outside,she said that is unacceptable, she requested to put her broken screen back to her phone and decided to take it to small claim court. The officers told me replace her broken screen back to her phone and We did not collect any money even for the labor cost for putting the new one and the old one back to her phone. It took 45 to 1hour to fix one screen. Concerning the estimate form every customer received the same form,since day one. we always give the estimate with $0 due, since there is no deposit left, until -.     the customer come back then we print the final receipt including the amount that customer supposed to pay. ( will included both estimate form and the final receipt for you to see.) •    We deny any settlement, we will wait for them to the court We will sue them back for. •     Interrupt our business for about 2 hour by calling police officers inside our business •     Harassing our employee. •     Employee training cost •     Labor and part for repairing their phone •     Pain and suffering.
