This email is in regards to complaint #*** I received a call from the property manager Nathan who said he would send someone out to clean my sofa on 3/20/as agreed in the message sent through the Revdex.comHowever, no one showed up to clean my couchWhich is why I contacted the Revdex.com, to begin with, this is a prime example of what I mention in my initial complaintThe apartment complex staff included the manager does not follow through with their word. I believe the apartment manager just said that he would come and clean the sofa just so the complaint can be closed out and of course that's what happened without the resolution being fulfilledI have tried to contact the Revdex.com regarding this complaint phone and I have left messages no one's called me back
