After accident FHP call " friend" towing company them selfNobody ask me where I like town my carThe town the car miles ( I live miles from accident) result was from 03/till 03/storage and all the fees $508.Office tell me must be all cashNobody tell me about $daily storage and the all racketeer fees they will chargeThey just take advantage from the situation and they know people are in shock and the first couple minutes and don't know what doPlease be careful if the FHP call " friend" towing before even you decided care the situation on your selfAll my experience with the take advantage company I will reported to Revdex.comWill spread the experience all over my social media
They have to have the worst serviceI think the dispatcher (who happens to be the wife who couldn't figure out how to open up the system) should be FIRED! I called at 7:for a tow truck instead they sent out a repair man without the proper tools only to come out and not be able to start the carHe then has to call for the tow truck and we are still waitingIt is now hours laterAAA should cancel this companyThey don't deserve to be paid
My van wouldn't start on 01-02-at Publix, Rt and Little Rd in New Port RicheyI called AAA and a tow driver from A Touch of Class was there in a half hourWhat a nice guyIt was as I suspected the starter which I had not gotten around to changingI'd been riding around with it but hadn't made the timeHe told me the company did repairsI drove to Hudson got there at 3:pm on a Friday afternoonTold them I had the starterThey were greatSaid no problem they'd be happy to install itSpoke to *** my mechanic and by 4:pm it was replaced and they only charged $laborI think they were great to use my part, install so fast and charge so reasonablyIt's hard to find an honest shopThey had great cats in the waiting room to keep customers happyThey will get my business again
