Indy's Kitchen

Indy's Kitchen is a shared kitchen, certified by the health dept. Businesses have to get a shared kitchen license from the Marion Co. Health Dept., sign a membership agreement with Indy's Kitchen, then schedule time (somewhat) in advance in order to use it (Indy's Kitchen). That's how it goes for the most part.

Multiple businesses that use Indy's Kitchen cannot get in touch with the owner or the kitchen manager. They have taken our payments, yet some of us are unable to gain access.

Kitchen manager Faith says she "ONLY works on Mondays and Fridays". However, she is not answering or returning email, texts, or calls to her mobile or Indy's Kitchen office phone. She has locked some of out of scheduling and said we have to have a meeting on one of the two days she works. It has been weeks now, months for some. She DID NOT show up to the meetings. She has not responded and STILL has us locked out. She said she doesn't have any missed calls, we have screenshots of call logs to her cellphone, the number from which she sends texts, and multiple texts (from at least three companies).

If not Indy's Kitchen or both, then kitchen manager Faith, an employee of, is messing with our lively hood. IF WE CANNOT COOK, WE CANNOT WORK. On top of taking payments, but not rendering services, for some reason, we've been told to make some payments and payments for fees in cash. That's odd. We used to do it all online.

We have to pay a cleaning fee. That is not a problem, but if you go in Indy's Kitchen, you will see that it is NOT clean. The walk-in fridge smells, has mold, and has uncovered food on the shelf with mold. The company, we were told, by Faith, that is supposed to clean Indy's Kitchen is OWNED BY KITCHEN MANAGER FAITH. That means kitchen manager Faith is collecting cash fees, hired and is paying her own cleaning company, yet nothing is clean.
