My van wouldn't start on 01-02-2015 at Publix, Rt 54 and Little Rd in New Port Richey. I called AAA and a tow driver from A Touch of Class was there in a half hour. What a nice guy. It was as I suspected the starter which I had not gotten around to changing. I'd been riding around with it but hadn't made the time.. He told me the company did repairs. I drove to Hudson got there at 3:15 pm on a Friday afternoon. Told them I had the starter. They were great. Said no problem they'd be happy to install it. Spoke to [redacted] my mechanic and by 4:30 pm it was replaced and they only charged $90.00 labor. I think they were great to use my part, install so fast and charge so reasonably. It's hard to find an honest shop. They had 2 great cats in the waiting room to keep customers happy. They will get my business again.
They have to have the worst service. I think the dispatcher (who happens to be the wife who couldn't figure out how to open up the system) should be FIRED! I called at 7:30 for a tow truck instead they sent out a repair man without the proper tools only to come out and not be able to start the car. He then has to call for the tow truck and we are still waiting. It is now 2 hours later. AAA should cancel this company. They don't deserve to be paid.
