I received a lawn mower zone cable I ordered but in the package with the zone cable was a flat square plastic piece with lots of slots in it for ventilation its a clear see through piece. I did not order that. Only the zone cable. Do not charge me for that.

This company is preying on websites where people are giving information then charging them for services they do not performIf you can't handle this complaint because you don't know howthen please tell me who I need to contact to keep this thievery from happening to someone else
I also asked for an apology from the company and a monetary amount for damagesI have NOT heard from the company and I want answers
I'm hoping and praying you post my complaint on the internet and let others know exactly what the INeedTech.com scam isHow many other people are they ripping off!??? But most importantlyhow did they illegally obtain enough of my banking account information to make an Automatic Clearing House withdrawal from my checking accountI want answers!!!

The business has responded Please see below:It was brought to my attention via postal mail that a complaint was filed against our companyI have called the complainant and explained that our company was not responsible for the charge of that he receivedI clearly explained that the phone number listed was our old phone number but no longer belong to usIn order to assure the complainant, I called the number with him on a way call and questioned the company which whom said they were an online company in which they teach how to make money onlineI stated to the company that an investigation will be done because they used our company name to the complainantI asked the company in question if they had someone by the name of *** who worked for them, and they denied having anyone by that nameComplainant explained to me that the company did reimburse him the charge but were reluctant to do so and offered him 50% of that which he stated that was not an option for himThe complainant is willing to pull the complaint and we will work together to figure out how this company got his personal informationHe and I will speak Monday and will call the Revdex.com to help get some resolution to this matter

Review: I checked my bank account on 10/**/14 and found a charge for $4.95. There wasn't a name for who withdrew the funds but it did show a phone number. I looked up the phone number and discovered it was ineedtech that withdrew the funds. I had not authorized them to do. I called them and they said, "You must have checked a box or something authorizing us to deduct the funds from the account". I explained I had not been on ANY sight where they were obvious and had never asked for their services. I then asked how they got my bank account info. "[redacted]" number [redacted] couldn't explain. He did offer, "We also have your credit card info." I asked how? He said, "You must have given it to us". I said, "No way, and I've never asked or used your service." He asked me to verify my full name and mailing address. I said, "No." I said, "Tell me what you have on file and I'll tell you if it's correct." "[redacted]" proceeded to recite both my name and address. I asked how he got the info and he couldn't/wouldn't tell me. I ordered some items from [redacted] and [redacted] on the [redacted], but hadn't ordered anything around the [redacted], which is when "[redacted]" said I gave them the info. Unless the [redacted] referred to by [redacted] was actually the [redacted]. If that is true, then they, "ineedtech" must have illegally took information from one of the sites. I'm a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and can tell you it is possible to phish from any site.What really bothers me is if they can take $4.95 out without me knowing it... what's to keep them wiping out my account (or yours) in the future?Desired Settlement: I want the $4.95 which INeedTech stole from me refunded to my account. And an additional $10.00 for my time and effort to call them and write this complaint. I also want a aplogy and assurance from them they will not do this again. And I want my complaint against "INeedTech" at "###-###-####", published for other people to read so they have to go through the same thing. This company is underhandedly stealing money from people by not being up font and honest and phishing websites.
