Inerail

Review: My company, E+Co Persistent Energy Partners, has been a customer of Inerail for several months. Inerail stores our computers and makes the data from them available online with help of another company [redacted]. In April we have decided that we do not need to access the information from the computers anymore and would like to get the computers back to put them in our storage. We successfully have cancelled services with [redacted], which means we don't have online access to our data anymore. I have tried to contact Inerail customer service or representative-[redacted]) since then. I emailed them and left several voicemails. I even tried to contact them with help of manager from [redacted] who usually has no problems getting in touch with them. He emailed them, and called. However, almost 2 months passed and I haven't received a call or email regarding our account. In addition I believe we have unpaid few invoices from this year so this is something that I would like to finalize as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to terminate the service and arrange shipping of our computers back to NY.
