[redacted] was charged 12/$and on Jan 12th she submitted a credit card form on our websiteThis did NOT get chargedThen [redacted] in our office received the confirmation, investigated the issue and issued the charged.The trip has been properly charged in full.We cannot issue a refund on a trip that is paid in fullThe accommodations are already paid for and reserved With that said, I apologize for any billing/confusionAs a small company, we have the option of giving our clients a great price with many inclusions, but our flexible payment schedule does cause confusion.In terms of her friend we already handled that complaint which came in within minutes of this being issued***
