Review: Hi,

They have closed my account "[redacted]" their reason was shilling but they provided incorrect information and non logical reasons. We tried to discuss that many times they keep saying we are connected to other accounts and use them for shilling which is totally 100% not true and incorrect.Desired Settlement: To enable our account again remove all negative points and a really apology outcome will be free sticky notes at the advertising forums.

RE: [redacted]

ID #: [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted],

In response to the letter received from the Cincinnati Revdex.com regarding [redacted] and Complaint # [redacted], iNET Interactive, LLC responds as follows:

- iNET Interactive, LLC (“iNET”) is the provider of an interactive computer service hosted

on iNET’s site a[redacted] This interactive computer service, the Web Hosting Talk forums, allows multiple users to share information and commentary via computer access. Under the Communications Decency Act of 1996, codified at 47 U.S.C. 230, iNET is not the publisher of the information provided in the Web Hosting Talk forums.

- In order to post comments or questions on [redacted], a user must first

become a member of the Web Hosting Talk forum. To do so, the user, prior to acceptance of their registration, must indicate that they have read, understand and agree to abide by the Web Hosting Talk rules (the “Forum Rules”). The Forum Rules are clearly posted on the registration page and in a red and bold font, the Forum Rules indicate that the registrant is only permitted one account and that if they ignore the rule, all accounts will be disabled.

- Registration to the Web Hosting Talk forum is free. Upon successful registration, the

member is offered several upgraded memberships for a fee. Upgrading to a paid membership is not required to participate in the Web Hosting Talk forums. There are two types of paid membership upgrades: Corporate Memberships and Premium Memberships. Premium Members are charged an annual fee of $49.99 which provides them, among other things, access to member only forums, a larger private message inbox, and reduced wait time to post an advertisement.

- [redacted] (the “Complainant”) registered for a free account with the Web Hosting

Talk forums with the user name of [redacted].

- The Complainant’s accounts were disabled after it was determined that it violated the

Forum Rules that it had agreed to. Namely, more than one account was created which is a violation of the Forum Rules and therefore the account is subject to being disabled. iNET can determine, without question, whether or not multiple accounts are created.

Review: A member of our corporation was recently a member on a forum community and was unable to reach a plausible support response and the representative handling the issue refused to forward the request on to management for their review. As it stands, the community this is regarding has permanently tainted our name and are refusing to off any sort of assistance in this matter. The support ticket regarding this issue is [redacted].

I would hope they would be atleast willing to talk regarding these problems.Desired Settlement: I would simply like a phone call from either the community owner, [redacted] or an applicable executive level member of the company.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In addition, the response in no way addressed my concern or complaint and the response received makes no sense. I received a band?

Review: I have paid for a 3 month membership at webhostingtalk, but My membership was disabled without refund. my account is: simcityDesired Settlement: reactivated my account or refund

Review: Hello,

For the past few years I have been a member of the WebHostingTalk forum community owned and operated by iNet Interactive. As of recent, one of my customers out of their own free will decided to review my company on said community. The staff at iNet after verifying my customer, suspended mine and my customer's membership. After nearly 2 weeks of communicating back and forth and one of the employees (anon-e-mouse) breaching privacy and digging into my personal life and that of my customers, my account is still suspended and on listing pages associated with my business there is a notice under my account stating that I have been suspended. This not only has hurt my business, but has also made me feel unsafe in the fact that a company that is not licensed for private investigation has snooped so far into my life.

Now the staff over at iWeb are ignoring my phone calls and not responding to the support ticket ( [redacted] ). I have continued to cooperate throughout the whole incident, and I do believe that this is a targeted attack on behalf of one of their employees (anon-e-mouse). I have lost now numerous customers, and numerous possible customers due to the fact that they have labelled by legitimate business negatively on their community with absolutely no reason to other than the fact that they believe that my customer was paid to review my services.Desired Settlement: I request a written apology on behalf of anon-e-mouse for their intrusive actions that were not warranted or justified as well as for labelling my business nagatively. I would also like this apology to be published publicly. I will accept, rather than this being posted publicly, that the letter be delivered privately and my account status be restored to active, at which point I will forgive the intrusive actions of this employee.
