Review: Inet Giant Media has been regularly charging my credit card monthly for $40-60 a month. I've been trying to get this automated billing stopped for the last year. An 800 phone number on my credit card bill goes to non-related company. A local phone number goes to an individual. My next step is to go to their local office in Manhattan. My bank is looking into this charge as well.Desired Settlement: As I've not requested or used this service, I'm looking for a refund of $480 and confirmation that this fraudulent account has been cancelled and that I'll no longer be billed.
