Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with my bank on Saturday when this incident had occurred and was told that I need to contact the company. I called and yes I left two messages since I was very mad at the situation at hand. I wrote a check for $72.00 not over $1000.00. I did not threaten the company, if the matter was not going to be solved, yes I was going to take Infant Home Phototherapy to court to get my money back. Then my husband talk with a Senior specialist on Sunday morning and the same answer again. But then I spoke with the specialist department and spoke with a manager and got the issue resolved even though that was not procedure. I did not get a call on Monday like I requested, but on Tuesday while I was at work. [redacted] called and apologized for not being in on Monday and that she was not aware of the issue at hand. Then another lady called and said that [redacted] was at the bank getting this matter solved. Then finally [redacted] called and said she couldn't do anything and the issue was not with her company but the company she does business with: [redacted]. Before getting of the phone, she said I can call her back or not but the issue was solved. I solved the issue myself on Sunday.
