from the consumerAfter doing some research on our end it looks that the consumer did fill out our online consumer form on Oct 8th for their replacement (#***,) and a replacement was shipping out on Oct 10thWe followed up with FEDEX and her replacement was delivered today Oct 16thOur customer service department did leave the consumer a voice mail this morning letting them know that FEDEX had delivered her replacement
