Sally, I have contacted you several times to go over reasonable options, yet you have decided to not call me once or email me back but requested that I respond to the Revdex.com a second time We do not stand for blackmail and your sister also threatened us that you would write to Revdex.com if I would not refund you for a service that was successfully performed You paid for a gender visit session Lets recap, You had me place the gender in an envelope so that you can open on Sat Your sister called me within min of your session telling me you OPENED YOUR REVEAL I never ruined your reveal dear Your reveal was exposed when you decided to open the envelope moments after your visit He/She is always used and was both used during the visit and you selectively decided to hear the "she" and think it connects the dots bc your gender was a second baby girl We are sorry again that you are not happy, but we are happy for baby girl #for you Me going over your return discount options had nothing to do what your gender reveal We were also no longer in session with gender I already called you several times and emailed you to contact me directly to go over your options and you have decided to ignore all reasonable options with me This account has been satisfiedMaria C [redacted]

We included a free DVD with your paid ultrasound appointment The DVD recording, which you personally saw on our screen, was successfully finalized and then verified as working before you left our office Nine days later, you reported to us that your DVD was damaged Because we verified that the DVD was working prior to giving it to you, the damage you described had to occur after the DVD left our office Upon hearing about the damage to your DVD days after your appointment, we immediately offered you a free ultrasound appointment that same day including another free DVD We were very surprised when you refused our offer Even though you refused to allow us to record another session for you at no charge, we took your damaged DVD to experts, including Geek Squad, because we understand how precious these memories are According to the two experts, the DVD indeed had data on it and been damaged somehow, likely scorched by heatThe 15th of August when you came in was a very hot week If the DVD was left in your car or out in the sun for a significant period of time or by an oven, it could have easily been damaged and unplayable Our conversations ended when you repeatedly threatened to sue us, blackmailed us and report us to the Revdex.com if we didn't refund you a full $instead of replacing the DVD even though the damage was beyond our controlInfantSee4D Ultrasound

We are sorry that you feel your gender revealed was ruined We immediately took your phone call (you had a friend call) and answered all concerns that were addressed. For the past years we have done hundreds of gender reveals in envelopes and you are the first compliant we have
received about the way the gender reveal is done On our actual website we also address the way gender reveals are handled at InfantSeeHD Ultrasound It specifically says:"We have done TENS of THOUSANDS of genders and we are AMAZING at gender reveals, even if you want it in an envelope(We use the term he/she interchangeably so don't assume one or the otherThe reveal is exposed when you open your envelope)"You came in for your gender and it was done in the privacy of the ultrasound room where the reveal was placed in an envelope You then exited the ultrasound room and was headed to the reception deskYour session was done and complete You were so excited and explained to me that you can wait until the weekend and it is going to be so hard to NOT look into the envelope You even thanked me for the experience The gender package was $and you paid a discounted rate of $75, which qualified you for our return discount to come back later in your pregnancy You claim that I specifically told you its a girl when we clearly do not call the baby IT and used the term he/she interchangeably throughout the entire session I never told you whether it was a girl or a boy Whether to buy it a dress or new sneakers Again, you picked up on just one of the pronouns we used during the session.LESS THAN MIN AFTER YOUR EXIT, we receive a phone call from not you, a friend of yours, that complained about the process and requested a free HD Ultrasound at a later dateI explained to her that when you and I were at the office we used the term he/she interchangeably and the reveal is not compromised until you open the envelope on Saturday She said, "well she opened the envelope."You never once called me to complain about the service performed and received Revdex.com is the first time I am hearing from you We apologize for any confusion We truly wish you and baby a happy and healthy pregnancy and delivery Maria C***CEO InfantSeeHD Ultrasound

Sir, We have been more than reasonable with our offers and have always followed up with you and your wife and have had no cooperation from you.Your original DVD was free and did not cost you anything.  We offered you another free DVD at the time.  That was not satisfactory to you.  We strive to provide great customer service and  wanted to make you happy by offering you a courtesy $35 credit (which is the dollar amount you would have paid at the time for a DVD) Let it be stated that you declined that too.  We offered to redo a new ultrasound session and waive the $275 fee and that too was also not reasonable enough for you. We value our staff and company's time over any dollar amount.  This is our last and final attempt to close this case.  You have up until Dec 30, 2016 to meet with us in person, with a scheduled appointment, for an exception to a refund.  Since you received our services you you will return to us any and all products you received that day from InfantSee4D.  This  is including and not limited to our promotional items, original black and white thermal prints, our original 8 colored wallet prints, our original folder that incased those items as well as the original CD that has all of baby's jpg images.  By accepting a refund, during the scheduled appointment you will sign a copyright notice acknowledging that all images attained by our ultrasound session are no longer legally yours.   Any and all images may not be copied or reproduced in any way without written consent from InfantSee4D who own the copyright to those images.  Please call our office during normal business hours in advance to get an appointment before 12/30/2016 which is the deadline for this final offer.  We will not accommodate same day visits so call to schedule.  Keep in mind holiday schedules are in effect so call today for upcoming appointment availability.  ###-###-####
