Review: company was hired to clean curtains at my surgery center and repair 3 curtains. curtains were removed from our center for the services to be done. curtain cleaning was performed and curtains returned in a timely fashion. curtains for repair have not yet been returned. They were removed from our center July 2nd. Constant emails/phone calls to the business reveal that the vice president of the company has moved to Florida and that the owner of the business states he has "lost" the curtains but will pay for replacements to be made. Email sent to the business on 11/4 with quote for replacement curtains. Additionally I spoke with the owners daughter, [redacted], who said a check would be mailed for the replacements. Repeated emails/phone calls seeking the check for the replacements ($453.68) have been ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like a check in the amount of $453.68 to cover the cost of replacing the curtains.
