We have investigated the circumstances of Mr. [redacted] purchase.  On 6/13/2016, Mr. [redacted] placed an online order for the Inferno Lighter. They paid one charge of $145.00 for 5 lighters. The customer has the ability to cancel or adjust their order at any time by calling customer service at...

1-844-220-5102 or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.infernolighter.com. Mr. [redacted] contacted customer service the same day of his order on 6/13/2016 requesting an immediate refund of their order. Our customer service representative informed the customer of the current promotion and explained the pricing at that time. During this call, they voiced their dissatisfaction and were offered an 25% refund for the misunderstanding.He declined any attempt to resolve the matter other than a full refund. On that call, the customer service representative approved Mr. [redacted] request for a cancellation and refund of the order. Mr. [redacted] has been notified of the resolution.
