whenever they are having some type of technical issue with their computers, Printer, Network etcWe run our online campaign through google, bing and other advertising affiliates networking site for tech support *** *** called us on 16th September because he had issue with his PCWe provided the support and resolved the issue*** called back next day and he was not happy with our service so we end up not charging his credit cardYou can see the screen shot below that his card got declined twice and next day when he called us, we voided the transactionWe have days satisfaction guarantee and if customer not satisfy than we either refund or void the saleSo making long story short, we never charge Mr*** for the service we provided and fix his computer Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any question or concernI hope this resolve the issue

They don't mention in their response that they initially forced my browser to issue a warning that my computer had been compromised,first visual,then audible that wouldn't stop until I muted itShowing that they were falsely from apple support,and giving me a number to call to fix this made up problem, I called the number,and they guy on the other end,said,yes my computer had been compromised and that I would need to change all my passwords,but they could fix the problem right now for if I gave them permission to remotely take control which I did cause I was panicked.it took about minutes, then a different guy called me back and said everything was fixed and I didn't need to change my passwords .after I hung up,I realized that I'd been scammed,found the real apple support number who said yes that was a scam,and helped me check my computer to see if any damage was done,they had me remove some things that India put on my computer,change my password,but nothing serious was done,other than to get $charge on my credit card .After calling the company back and threatening to call the police if that charge wasn't taken off my credit card,the next day they did remove the charge ,which I was satisfied with,However,I spent hours on the phone with my credit card company and apple support to straighten things out.They Lied to me for money!
