ordered a product from this company and paid for 2-3 Day shipping and its been almost a month and the product has not been delivered. emails unanswerdI ordered a shirt from this company on 8/30/13. Shipping was paid for 2-3 day delivery order [redacted]. I have emailed the company on 2 separate occasions including leaving messages on their Facebook page which they have deleted and never responded to my emails. After looking more closely at this company Infidel Warrior USA it appears that this is a common practice and even criminal. I have filed a dispute with [redacted] in order to obtain a refund in hopes that this compnay INFIDEL USA will comply.Desired SettlementBetter customer service and refund

I placed an order on [redacted] 2014 for merchandise. My credit card was charged thru [redacted] but I never received the merchandise.I placed an order on [redacted] 2014, confirmation# [redacted] credit card was charged thru paypal...but I did not ever receive the merchandise. I have tried contacting [redacted] but he has never replied. Now I wonder if this company really exists or is it a front for financing a terrorist group. I ordered 2 shirts from this company on [redacted] Since then I've contacted them by email 3 times with no response. My order says being processed.On [redacted] I ordered two shirts from the company infidel warrior. Since then I have received the confirmation email with the confirmation number [redacted] I have since then went to their website and tracked my status by the number given to me. The status of my order shows being processed. I have contacted this company three times by email with no response as to my order. After reading many posts on the internet in reference to this company being a scam and no one ever receiving their orders, I feel it is very possible that I have to be the victim of their scams. I paid for an item of 30 dollars on 23 june 2013 and it is now 15 july 2013, I paid for the item emailed the customer service twice with no response.I paid for a t-shirt of 30 dollars on 23 june 2013 it is now 15 july 2013 and I have not received the item as of yet and I seriously doubt I receive the item. I tried emailing customer service of infidel warrior twice and there was no response back. I contacted the post office and the post office said that they had printed the label but there was no item shipped and I had called the post office twice total. I paid with my credit card at this time. Desired Settlementwith all of these complaints, it seems to me that this company is taking advantage of people. This is a company that claims to support military personnel and is making clothing to appeal to military personnel. For a company to sell product that supports soldiers and not follow through with it is inexcusable and they should be either sued for fraud because a lot of people have not received their items. At the very least they should be shut down from selling items and called out for what they really are which is scam artists. I have made four attempts to contact the seller about this problem if no reply back. I have payed for and have not received my produce. I have made four attempts to contact the seller about this problem. Two emails, one message on their site, and one message on Facebook. I ordered my T-shirt on September 16 and received a shipping confirmation on the 18th the tracking information. The tracking information I received only says that US post office received electronic information on the package.So the package was never able to track which leads me to believe it never got to the post office. I've done business with this company pass [redacted] everything is been fine, but the mannerism in which I am being treated now is very unprofessional. If they can give me the T-shirt that I requested and paid for I will be very appreciative. If not I want a full refund and will not do business with them again!
