I had a dental insurance policy through Infinisource which I cancelled on January 19, 2020. I received a cancellation confirmation on January 20, 2020. On February 1, I received a courtesy message that my February payment ($81.30 through draft) would be executed within 24 hours. I immediately emailed them and told them that my account had been cancelled. The unauthorized payment was deducted from my checking account the following day. I emailed them again and told them that they were to refund my money within 5 days. They responded with "For refunds on electronic payments, we do have to wait for the payment to clear the bank before we can send out the refund. This can take at least 7 business days."
By February 18, 2020, I still had not received my refund so I again emailed them and said, "I still have not received my refund. The unauthorized payment cleared my account on February 3. Please advise."
This time I received this excuse. "The refund request is still in process at this time. Refunds typically get mailed on the second and last Friday's of the following month. With that said, you will be receiving that refund via mail in March."
Infinisource seems to only have excuses for not refunding my money as quickly as they took it (unauthorized) from my account.
March 9, 2020 - Today I received an email from the Better Business Bureau that Infinisource never responded to the complaint. That is more evidence that this company is not responsible, reliable, or professional.
This company advised me that the online policy would not be active as long as I didn't make the first payment Since I never made a payment, and I didn't receive any insurance information or cards I believed that they kept their word Now three months later I receive a bill for $even though they told me they were not going to bill me since I wanted to cancel the policy before it was even active I never worked for the company listed and I was never covered by the company for health insurance Then all of a sudden I am on the policy and my husband was not He told them he was canceling his policy August 31st The bill I received today is from 9/01-11/
As the customer has stated, Infinisource does not have a return policy; all sales are final, unless the product is defective; in which case it is replaced, not refunded? We are always willing to work with our customers, when they are not satisfied with our product, in getting them product that will better fit their needs? As I have previously mentioned to the customer, they contacted our Support Deptfor assistance with the purchased time clock once; at which point my technicians assisted them? The customer did not inform our Support deptof any issues thereafter and it is impossible for us to resolve an issue if we are not aware there is one.I have offered help in getting the time clock fully functional for the customer and continue to stand by that offer, although the customer has now disputed charges with their credit card company? Our Finance deptis currently trying to work with the customer to resolve that
