Mrs [redacted] is a previous valued customer of our companyMrs [redacted] had contracted us to replace her doors, windows and garage doors She was very satisfied with our workmanship and products that she contracted us to replace her existing cement driveway, sidewalk and install a custom colored, style, vinyl fence which needed to be paid in full upon placing the order The fence would take approximately 6-weeks Upon receipt of the fence, the posts came in the wrong color and needed to be re-ordered This took another couple of weeks for us to receive Once we had the corrected posts, we scheduled Mrs***'s fence and my men began the process of the installation When Mrs***, who has been out of town during this whole process, saw pictures of her new fence we sent to her, she was beyond pleased and very excited to return home to see her fence in personOur cost price to Mrs [redacted] was a very fair price because she was a previous customer We appreciate Mrs***'s trust in our company and her continued business I am sure you will see in her response that she is extremely satisfied with the quality of our workmanship and our products.If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.Thank you.Kosta [redacted]

Hello: I want to inform you that the complaint that I had filed against Elite Windows & Siding has been resolved. Basically there was a disagreement or misunderstanding between Elite Windows, that was contracted to remodel our house, and myself.

Good Morning Mr. [redacted],Mr. [redacted]'s job was completed at the time of his complaint. There was a defective part in the large window he is referring to which we went ahead and replaced the entire window set up instead of just the piece that was defective and under warranty from the manufacturer....
The other windows he is referring to just needed alittle adjustment which we told him we would take care of when we came back to install his new window. He was informed and understood that we had to re-order the new window which would take a couple of weeks due to the Holidays. We guarantee our workmanship and we completed the service right after Christmas because Mr. [redacted] was not available sooner then that. He is completely satisfied and we appreciate his business.Thank you.[redacted]
