Review: This school is very nasty the bath door does not close there are only book for there phlebotomy class the same trash has been in the for about two weeks there are ants we have no supplies and they are very unorganized the classroom is very dirty we have no gloves, needles, and all vales for example phlebotomy sticks are out of date they want me to pay my instructor my payment when she has no way to guve me a receipt and my instructor informed me it's not her position to expect payments.Desired Settlement: I would like a full or 75% refund. This is like no other technical school I have ever attented. I have no learned a thing.

Review: I enrolled in HCSBK's 6 month online Certified Clinical Medical Assistant program in May of 2014. Throughout the following months there was no instruction given and assignments were given sporadically. In October of 2014 [redacted] stopped responding to my emails entirely and the class ended with no notice and no refund. I've made several more attempts to contact her both through email and her social media account that she is active on, to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $1275 of payments I made up until the class was terminated.

Review: This school is very unorganized they have no materials, they communicated my payment issues arragement with a classmate, the owner threatened me. The are not teaching our phlebectomy class as stated in contract we have old supplies with no sharp container.Desired Settlement: A full refund.
