I asked about a product they got very defensive, my mom was sick and she was not clear on certain things so when I asked he said I was harrassing him and was very defensive, why?? I did not ask him about my mom's financial situation only the product

I retired from the Post Office in 2010 and needed a reliable company to invest my Thrift Savings Plan. It wasn't an exorbitant amount - $25,000, but I knew I didn't want to take ANY losses, but wanted it to grow and give me an annual draw. Fortunately, both Isaac R[redacted] and his wife, Serenity R[redacted], showed me how moving that money into a Fixed Indexed Annuity, I would never lose any money and if I chose to, I could take an annual draw from the account of 10%. This worked perfectly for me, so that is what I did. I do take a draw every year, like a Christmas bonus to myself. But, I have NEVER experienced ANY losses. Which at retirement age is a plus! The R[redacted]s have taken the time to sit down with me annually and explain what my account is doing. I wish I could give Isaac and Serenity and their services more than five stars! I regret the word awesome is so overused because this term applies to them and definitely more.
