Review: I was charged for an order and have yet to receive it a month later. I've sent at least 10 emails asking for the order status with zero responses from the company.Desired Settlement: Just refund my order. I don't want the products anymore if this how they run their business.

Review: Placed an order on 4/11/14 and the order has yet to ship. When I have asked I keep getting an "oh we're working on it" but never an actual solution of we're shipping it out tomorrow. Its going on 5 weeks now and I have tried to cancel my order and never received a response.Desired Settlement: I want my order shipped out now and I want a confirmation that the order is actually being shipped.

Spoke with customer via email, and advised him two items in his order were oversold and suggested a cancellation/refund of the out of stock items so we can ship the rest. Customer requested entire order cancellation/refund instead. Order was canceled/refund issued 5/28/14.

Review: I bought a shirt off of this website (infinitemerch.com) I ordered it on 12/11/15. I got a confirmation showing I bought it and never received it, I've emailed these people about 6 times and no response back.Desired Settlement: I just want the shirt or my money back!
