wrote you a personal note of apology and already issued you a 100% refund and credit towards all future use of our service. Your app will now be completely free forever on our service.As for the publishing of your app: you are correct that we have already published your app as an HTML5 mobile site, as well as the Native app in our market and the Native Android app in Google's play market. Those have all been live and working. You are also correct that [redacted] is taking a ridiculous time to review your app, and we really do apology for that. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no control over [redacted] or their review process. Sometimes it takes a few days and sometimes a few weeks. We really wish we had more over the process as it frustrates us too, but we're all at the mercy of [redacted] and their reviewers. I should warn you as well at this time, that I have personally gone through and looked at your app, and I think that it is quite possible that [redacted], when they eventually respond, will reject your app, on the grounds that it doesn't meet their strict aesthetic guidelines. However, even if they do reject your app, it will continue to function on iPhones (as it does now) within the mobile safari browser, using the same QR Code and Short URL that we provided you.Either way, your app is free and will always remain so. We are VERY sorry, that your experience with us has not been positive, and we'd like to work with you in any way we can to help make your app a success. Review: I used their service to create an app, I paid the subscription price for the app to be submitted and available on all the platforms, Android is posted , ios is not it has been too long now for there not to have been correspondence with apple. I have tried to call, and submitted support tickets on their site four times now and have received no response from the company of any fashion.Desired Settlement: Finish the job and contact me immediately with details of what actions are taking place to correct the issue.

Review: Good afternoon. I have purchased a mobile app from this company which I used to be able to edit and update at anytime from their online editing software. One day I have enter the app on my phone and there were 2 missing icons so I have contacted costumer support. They answered saying that the app is not working because I have touched the source code of the app wich I did not. I have contacted them back for help and said this. Since then I havent received any answer after 3 messages in 2 weeks. I asked to talk with a supervisor but there was not reply. I think this is very unprofesional and unfair as I have paid for this app to have it in working conditions.Desired Settlement: I want to have the app in working conditions as it was before. This could be a bug from their side and they should fix it for their clients as we paid for these services and they have to ensure that our apps are always in working conditions.

Dear Revdex.com,

Thank you very much for highlighting this complaint to us. A great demonstration of the fact that the Revdex.com system works well. Unfortunately, our communications were not synchronized on this one. You documentation shows that the customer lodged a complaint with you on December 20th, I believe. On that same day David Hoare. our CTO responded to the customer's issue through our ZenDesk support system. He fixed the issue that the customer was having, and provided the customer with a 100% full refund of his fees. We are continuing to service the customer's app forever for free.

In response to this swift action, the customer wrote to us:

Thank you so very much for resolving this issue.

I needed to have this fixed for my client as he has paid for my services and having the app work properly.

I will make sure to contact you in the future when needed.

However, somehow we did not receive notice of your Revdex.com complaint until today January 17th, when I (CEO) received your phone call.

Thank you for making that call, or this would have gone unanswered and you might have thought we were ignoring it, when in fact we responded immediately and thoroughly.

We really appreciate your efforts. We have contacted the customer again today, just to verify that there is no lingering issue.
