I come to Infinite nails all the time I referred my mother for the great service there Well which I thought My mother went today 07/13/The heavyset built Asian man, who is the owner and one of his nail technicianTold my mother she needs to leave and go some where else They could not service her because she has to much dead skin on her feetMy mother explained she is a diabetic and this happens But she had bought with her a cream to assist with the removal of the dead skin off her feet which uses all the time for her pedicureThey still told her to leave NO LADY TO MUCH DEAD SKIN....THE TECHNICIAN LEFT HER IN THE CHAIR AND STARTED THE NEXT CUSTOMER Leaving my year old disabled mother to struggle and dry her feet and put back on her shoes....I have never known a nail salon to throw out a consumer for a service..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVERNO COMPASSION FOR THE DISABLED CUSTOMERS , THE FACT MY TRAVELLING FROM FAR ROCKAWAY ON A ACESS A RIDEI WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!
Our establishment was recently inspected and passedWe do not use razor to cut dead skin on people's feetWe have advised customer that her nails was too thin to put on Gel Polish, that it doesn't have a strong nails bed foundation to hold the Gel PolishI told her that her nails needed rest from Gel Polish and refunded her money
