As I have mentioned many times, client signed and agreed to the contractIt was a last minute unforceen circumstanceMy health is first and foremost importantWhen wedding date was confirmed, I was still looking forward to photographing the weddingApologies were given many timesInfinite Pixel isn't keeping the money, we are providing a creditThis is what was agreed upon when client signed the contract

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hello, I appreciate your responseI would really appreciate it if you did have the digital files for it to be sent to my home certified mail on a USB with tracking informationAs I stated in my complaint we sent numerous emails as well as text and call's notifying you that we hadn't received our order with no responseI feel that our order should have originally been sent certified mail with a tracking number to confirm that it was sent; considering the cost and importance of the content and would like to know if you as a business keep records of your sent orders and if so if you can provide proof that our order was sent Regards, [redacted]

HelloI do keep tracking receipts upto months from sent order then I docard themI no longer have that informationI can most certainly mail out digital files via USB certified mailI am in the process of locating the filesPlease allow a few days Thank you!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: if I would have gotten a phone call, text, email that no one was going to show up I would have made arrangements to get another photographer,, we called before the wedding and after We received no response until I said I will contact, the news , lawyer and Revdex.comYou we hired to take pictures of a special day of my lifeI have no professional memories of me, my wife or my family, u ruined my day, I can't get that day back ever!! I live in Scott Airforce Base, Illinois not in SanAntonio, no I don't want your services I want a refund of my money!! We will fight this and I will see you and your company in court, this is not how u run a business and you have know sympathy of how you just ruined the best day of my lifeThis company is a scamYou book appointments and don't showif there were an emergency why didn't we receive a call or something, the day of, after, before ??? HelloThe pictures were mailed out January Normally I only keep the picture files up to one year from the eventI can certainly double check to see if I still have the files storedIf I do, I can mail out the images on digital file

I have reviewed and read through the complaintMrs***, signed a contract with Infinite Pixel Photography on 04/30/On 11/12/2016, when Mrs*** text Infinite Pixel, I did confirm the wedding is still scheduled and booked for 12/31/Due to a last minute unforeseen
circumstance that happened, I was unable to attend and photograph the weddingI never received any calls, text messages, emails or any form of communication by Ms*** or coordinator until after the weddingI did contact Ms*** letting her know that I had a last minute unforeseen circumstance and apologized many timesIn response, Ms***, harassed and threatening me without knowing the reason for not attendingShe tried to bully me by imposing her profession, her gender, her sexual preference and her race on meIf threats, harassment and bullying continue, I will be in contact with my lawyerAs per the contract that Ms*** signed on 4/30/16, it states and quoted: " If Infinite Pixel or its assignees, can not perform this agreement due to a fire, casualty, strike, or other civil disturbance, Act of God, including but not limited to road closure, severe traffic, fire, terrorism, or other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographer's illness or any other cause, then Infinite Pixel Photography shall credit any monies paid by the client, less expenses, towards the future use of services up to days from the date of the original event and shall have no other liability with respect to the agreement." I mentioned to Ms*** of the contract she signed and the credit she may use towards services/productsShe declined so the contract is then voidPlease let me know if you have any questionsThank you, *** *** Infinite Pixel Photography

This is a allegationI have a receipt and proof of the deposit madeIt WAS NOT $Client wanted to take her engagement session when I was unavailableI tried to reschedule and customer became irrational and upsetCustomer decided to cancel and wanted a refund on her deposit of $I
have attached a copy of the contract she signed and the monies receivedCredit towards future services were offered (up to one year from the event)Customer rejected offerThe event was almost two years ago, the contract is completeNo refund or credit will be providedThank you

As I have mentioned many times, client signed and agreed to the contract. It was a last minute unforceen circumstance. My health is first and foremost important. When wedding date was confirmed, I was still looking forward to photographing the wedding. Apologies were given many times. Infinite Pixel isn't keeping the money, we are providing a credit. This is what was agreed upon when client signed the contract.

I am rejecting this response because: again a full refund of $265.21 is being requested, a credit will not make up for any memories that we lost.. AGAIN we are military and is located in Illinois there's no need for a credit THAT WE CANT AND WANT USE. YOU fail to contact me regardless of your situation, you didn't contact me until I said I will be taking you to court, 2 days after my wedding.Now this is the last time I'm asking for a refund!! My wedding was ruin, and I'm an emotional wreck because I have no professional pictures of my special day,friends family myself and my wife , I can't get this day back EVER! This is very unprofessional and not a way to treat people this way when is your fault. When I make my small claims suit, I will be asking for more than just a refund ,I will go for the max of $10,000. You caused emotional damage. See you in court!
