Infinite Products Group has explained both to the customer and to Revdex.com in detail that the product provided to the customer was in accordance with industry quality standards for a custom made itemThe customers demands are unattainable and unreasonable. Infinite Products Group will not provide any additional accommodations regarding this complaint and we consider the matter closed

As the customer stated we received an original complaint regarding a very small speck in his original acrylic.  Small imperfections such as this are unavoidable in all instances with this type of product.  Acrylic embedments are completely hand made and hand finished, variations and...

imperfections are normal and unavoidable.  Despite the very small and unavoidable nature of the imperfection we replaced the product for the customer.  The replacement had a serious defect that certainly warranted a replacement. We did not require a return of the defective acrylic and provided another replacement. The customer, upon receiving the third replacement, again complained that it was not satisfactory and provided very detailed pictures of the acrylic.  The pictures provided showed no sign of any type of imperfection that would warrant a replacement.  There is some slight hazing along the edges of one of the badges where the acrylic adheres to the badge.  We attempted to explain that despite many acrylics being near perfect it was not uncommon for there to be some minor imperfections.  As with any custom hand made product if you look at it under a microscope you are going to see imperfections.   We demonstrated on 2 occasions that we are more than willing to repair/replace a product when warranted. We determined that the customers expectations regarding this product are unreasonable and unrealistic.  The pictures provided were very clear and we saw no reason to incur the cost of shipping the product back for review, only to confirm what we already clearly know based on the pictures. The product is not defective and does not warrant a replacement or refund.

I have not received an item matching what was advertised to me. The tiny black speck in the first item I received was minor. I advised the company of the issue and they offered to have it sent back for inspection, however if no defect was found, I would’ve been responsible for shipping fees. The company determined it was defective and replaced it. I would gladly take the tiny black speck in place of what I am left with now. The fact that Infinite Products Group replaced their defective product twice is irrelevant to the fact that the replacements were worse than what I started with. Replacing a defective product with another defective product is not resolving the issue. The item Infinite Products Group wants me to accept is unacceptable. This product is meant to be proudly displayed, yet I cannot due to its glaring lack of quality. What Infinite Products Group describes as a “hazing” is more like an uneven finish on the actual shield. Infinite Products Group claims this is something they cannot control, yet they specialize in encasing items in acrylic. How can a company sell a product if they cannot control the finished quality? The uneven finish is so obvious that I noticed it immediately upon opening the package. I consulted friends and co-workers prior to requesting a remedy, who also noticed the uneven, obscure finish. None of us needed a microscope. Infinite Products Group blames me for the defect claiming that my expectations are unreasonable. My standards are no different from any other consumer. When I purchase a product, I expect to receive the product that was described. I have yet to receive that product from this company. The product described and advertised on their website, does not show a speck in the acrylic, it does not show a long gray hair in the acrylic, and it does not show a gold shield with an uneven finish. The website shows and describes two shields suspended in acrylic, one being gold with a bright, even and vibrant finish. That is the product I paid for and I have yet to receive it. Ive attached pictures showing this poor finish. While you can see the uneven finish in the pictures, it is more pronounced in person. The picture showing two shields, the top is the shield with the uneven, blotchy finish compared to the bottom, which is the item containing the gray hair in the acrylic. The bottom shield contains a proper, even finish.
