I am rejecting this response because:Although the product was...

built by the buyer, after following all of your provided instructions nobody has been able to compete the project. To my knowledge not even you the sellers were able to complete the kit. You had also promised to support the building process but it seems that all contact with buyers has stopped. Not only were you providing a product, but also a service. Both of which have not been seen through. I am still asking for a refund and feel that for such a great sum of $690, that is a completely reasonable request.
