Review: After we placed an order with Infinite Storage Solution and realized they delivered and charged more then requested we tried on several occasions in past couple of months to return extra products and get our money refunded back to us. We are still not getting any positive or responsive answer from above mentioned company that they understand the problem and than they will fix THEIR mistake. Customer services is a nightmare. Laura, customer service representative to whom we spoke multiple times hasn't shown understanding nor interest in resolving this problem. She kept saying her superior, [redacted], will be informed about our issue, but [redacted] has never returned our calls or emails even though supposedily he is aware of our now 12th attempt to get this over with. Things that are usually resolved fast and without any issues with other companies have been beyond difficult with this one. Customer service is uneducated, rude and they are harming their own business. Laura made sure we NEVER have any business with them whatsoever and will definitely make sure to share our terrible experience with all our business partners.Desired Settlement: I would like to ship back the double order and receive a refund posted to my credit card.

Re: [redacted] Contract [redacted]s/ISS Designs
Dear Mr. [redacted] :
We represent Infinite Storage Solutions, Inc. (" [redacted]"). On or about February 27,2014, [redacted]
[redacted]s ("[redacted]"), through your designer [redacted], placed a telephone
order with ISS for custom-made, made to order products (shelves and cabinets) and
services. On or about February 28, 2014, a binding contract was created, upon the
delivery to you of a "confirmation e-mail" from ISS (Sales Order of even date) ("the
Contract"). The Sales Order, signed by you, and the "terms and conditions" of the
Contract (from the ISS website: www.[redacted].com/pages/terms-condtions) are attached
to this letter.
Under the terms of the Contract, [redacted] agreed to pay the sum of$7464.92, which sum
was paid on February 28, 2014. Our client was to deliver and did deliver the products
reflected in the Sales Order attached. There appears to be no dispute that our client fu lly
performed under the Contract. Our client delivered exactly and precisely what you
approved to be custom made, exactly and precisely what you ordered, and precisely and
exactly the products for which you paid.
At some time after delivery of all of the custom, made to order products, you apparently
decided that [redacted] (or your designer [redacted]) had ordered too much custom
made, made to order product from ISS. In a conversation with ISS customer service you
demanded a refund of half the purchase price. During one of your telephone calls with
ISS customer service, you were reminded that the products you purchased were and are
"custom-made," "made to order." As such, they cannot be returned.
From the Contract itself: "Refund/Return Policy. "All shelves and cabinets are made
to order and therefore not returnable. "
You refused to acknowledge this clear and simple (and very common in commercial
contracts) term of the Contract; and the fact that the products are now useless to ISS.
During one call to ISS customer service (with [redacted]) you attacked Ms. [redacted]
personally, calling her a "[redacted]" and a "robot." Thereafter you complained to the RevDex.com ("Revdex.com") and posted on [redacted] on 4/25/14 a false and libelous "review"
(diatribe).
The [redacted] review continued your attack on Ms. [redacted], calling her "uneducated" (by the
way, she has a Masters Degree in Business Administration) and "rude." The review states
flatly that [redacted] of ISS has never "returned [your] calls." That is false, and you know
it. You and [redacted] have had at least one extended telephone conversation (which you
consented to have recorded and it was recorded) in which [redacted] offered to help you
find a third party buyer for your extra product - something neither ISS nor [redacted] are
in any way legally obligated to do.
This letter is our client's formal demand tlwtyour [redacted] review be immediately
removed from [redacted]; and that you cease and desist from further trade libel against ISS.
(Your [redacted] review stands in sharp contrast to the remainder of the [redacted] reviews posted;
all very positive reviews. Your complaint to the Revdex.com is the first ever against our client.
Ever.) You may well have a dispute with your designer; you certainly have no cause to
complain about our client.
We find it interesting that in choosing your forum for complaint, you chose a website
which does not permit merchants to respond to complaints. This can be very damaging to
a small business . Be advised that if the [redacted] review is not removed within 3 business
days, our client will file a lawsuit against your company: For trade libel and other business
torts; for breach of the Contract; for attorney fees.
Make no mistake. Our client intends to take all necessary and appropriate legal action to
protect its good name and reputation - built and earned over a 12 year period.
All further correspondence in this [redacted], must be addressed to the undersigned.
Very truly yours,
