I am rejecting this response because: They did not send revised invoice to my insurance companyAlready contacted my insurance company for this matter and don need to pay anymore.If they want money, they should work correctly firstAnd they better polite to customerThey made me yelled at themThey dont listen to the cusomer, just yelled at customerThey never get the phone call, never call back. They just need to send me zero balanced invoice otherwise contact with my insurance company

We explained to the client that the policy of not returning the shoes was not from us, but from the manufacturer as the specific sizing of his shoes were not returnable to the supplier Despite that, we contacted the client and agreed to take them back and exchange them for a new

The customer contacted the office irate and screaming on the phone.  It is not surprising that they did not hear a zero balance statement had already been mailed to them and confirmation of their correct address was needed. As of this date they have not contacted the office for the statement...
