I can not say enough good things. Water is perfect, service is great, staff are helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this product and company. Our water before this was undrinkable. We had a lovely representative come out to test our well water. They need to do that because their systems are matched to the water problems you have. It was installed quickly, everything has been great! It has been nearly 4 months and I have almost forgotten what life was like before Infinite Water installed this amazing purification system in our home. Thank you so much Infinite Water!

I am submitting this review about this company due to a business practice they are currently doing in sk..aug/2015..it is a contest "scratch and win", card, received in a persons mail. So the customer plays the card, is in line for a prize and calls their # as instructed on the card. This is not a toll free #, it is a long distance call for the consumer. Once reached, after the rep on the line asks your home phone #, she then asks if you are a "homeowner", when you reply you are a renter, they tell you the contest only applies to homeowners. When the consumer states that nowhere on the card does it state you MUST be a "homeowner " to participate..the sales rep replied.."I know".....Really???? Crappy marketing..and when I do own my own home again..I won't be calling this company, if they can slip up on something so simple as advertising!

I am not getting a response about service when I contact the business whether by phone or email. Prize has not been awarded.The water softener we bought ([redacted]) on June 22/15 from Infinite Water Solutions in Saskatoon is not giving us consistently soft water. The sales consultant who came to do a presentation at our house's name is [redacted]. [redacted]. Paid $3627.80 for the system by cheque. When we try to talk to someone, no one answers, no email replies. We also were supposed to receive a 2 night stay at a hotel - the first gift card they gave us for this required us to send a $50 money order in U.S. funds to Florida - this seemed strange when it's supposed to be free. The second gift card they gave us was through [redacted] - [redacted]. Service guy has come out twice since we bought it - the first time to install, second time to service because it wasn't working right - he did not know cause of the problem or how to fix it. We have asked for a detailed manual on this device because the one they gave us has abbreviations that we don't understand - was told by the secretary she'd talk to management about that - haven't heard back (been about a month). Service guy didn't add water to the salt when he installed it, the salt that he put in did not dissolve - hence, very hard water, when he came to see why it wasn't working, he couldn't figure it out and didn't even know how to regenerate the system which it explains right in the manual. We think that the system works when adjusted correctly - but can't adjust correctly because we have a lack of info on how. And they don't respond when we try to contact them. Starting to think I just want a refund and put the old softener back in. Promised us a 25 year warranty verbally - not written. Also said if there's water spots on your dishes, your fixtures, your car, they would send someone out right away - "don't hesitate to phone." On the bill of sale was included a soaps promo - we did receive these and also a GST rebate which we did receive.Desired Settlement[redacted] we'd like a full refund of $3627.80 and we'll give back the soaps that were included in the sale. They can come get their softener and we will hook up the old one again. We tried contacting Infinite Water Solutions today by phone - August 17th, 2015 with no answer.Business Response This complaint has since been resolved and the [redacted] are happy with the result.First, to address the issue of the free vacation - although we no longer are using this promotion, $50 is sent as a deposit when booking the trip to prevent cancellations due to the fact that it is a free trip - all that is needed are US funds, not a US bank account.The [redacted] program is a hugely popular program which saves 10-50% on hotel rooms almost everywhere including Saskatoon, where myself and all our staff have used the card. It works, and it is legitimate, however, Mrs. [redacted]'s complaints were based on her reading on the Internet and not trying her card.To address the complaint, we first swapped out her conditioner and upgraded her to a deluxe system at no additional charge to her. We also took a water sample and upon lab analysis her water is 300 grains per gallon hard, which is some of the hardest water encountered to date. The system took it down to 75 grains which is remarkable (the best softener currently available maxes at 110 grains per gallon). [redacted] didn't feel that she wanted to connect an existing softener to this system to get that down to completely soft water, so instead we issued her a refund in full. [redacted]
